Description of Work: They arrived perfect and within the hour. My daughter's classes weren't released in time so she wasn't actually able to pick them up until yesterday. They were gorgeous and worth the money spent. I just wanted to give him a shout out. I requested a $40 arrangement, but it was worth much more.

Description of Work: Flowers were ordered for a Professor at Brandeis who got married the previous week end. I selected an arrangement on their website and gave the arrangement code to the person who took my order. While he was taking the order I asked that some purple flowers be added to the arrangement. I don't know flower names for most flowers but do know what daisies look like. The delivered arrangement was nothing like the one I ordered. There were no purple flowers and most of the flowers were daisies and there were no purple flowers in the arrangement. The arrangement received was no way a 65 dollar item. I called and explained my disappointment, the person who took my call said he did not see the arrangement before it left the shop and offered to replace it. I was pleased until the replacement arrangement arrived. It also had mostly daisies white and other colors and no way even closely matched the arrangement in the photo on their website. It was still not a 65 dollar item. I would not order from this florist again.

 + -1 moreI needed flowers for a wedding so I went to Brasco's. The person I spoke to in person was great and really knowledgeable about which colors and flowers would go together. When I received my quote, I talked it over with my fiance and he thought it was a little high. I called Brasco back again to see if I could get the price adjusted. Brasco was willing to work with my budget and I thought that was great! On the day of the wedding, the flowers were all delivered on time and I liked that part too. The only part I did not like was when I opened the box of flowers that were delivered to my house, all of the bridesmaids bouquets had lavender roses that were beginning to decompose around the rim. It was the day of my wedding, and I tried not to make a big deal about it because there was nothing I could do in the moment. If you just need everyday flowers, they might be OK...but if you need flowers for a very important day, i.e. wedding, you might consider looking some place else.

The person answering the phone was very knowledgeable about flowers, not just a clerk, helped me decide what to send, (and I am fussy about flowers), described range of sizes and prices. Flowers were delivered that afternoon. The arrangement was outstanding, flowers were fresh and have lasted, great combination of colors and varieties, generous amount. I will use them in the future.

I chose the price range and asked them to design a bouquet of flowers in a vase. It promptly arrived the next morning. The bouquet far exceeded my expectations. It was just beautiful and a great value for what I paid. My daughter was absolutely delighted. This is the first time I have used this company and I will most definitely use them again in the future.
