What should have been a really good experience did not turn out that way.

I needed flowers for a wedding so I went to Brasco's.  The person I spoke to in person was great and really knowledgeable about which colors and flowers would go together.  When I received my quote, I talked it over with my fiance and he thought it was a little high.  I called Brasco back again to see if I could get the price adjusted.  Brasco was willing to work with my budget and I thought that was great!  On the day of the wedding, the flowers were all delivered on time and I liked that part too. 
The only part I did not like was when I opened the box of flowers that were delivered to my house, all of the bridesmaids bouquets had lavender roses that were beginning to decompose around the rim.  It was the day of my wedding, and I tried not to make a big deal about it because there was nothing I could do in the moment. 
If you just need everyday flowers, they might be OK...but if you need flowers for a very important day, i.e. wedding, you might consider looking some place else.

Excellent!  The person answering the phone was very knowledgeable about flowers, not just a clerk, helped me decide what to send, (and I am fussy about flowers), described range of sizes and prices.  Flowers were delivered that afternoon.  The arrangement was outstanding, flowers were fresh and have lasted, great combination of colors and varieties, generous amount.  I will use them in the future.

I placed an online order late one night for a floral arrangement to be delivered the next day to my daughter's workplace. I chose the price range and asked them to design a bouquet of flowers in a vase. It promptly arrived the next morning. The bouquet far exceeded my expectations. It was just beautiful and a great value for what I paid. My daughter was absolutely delighted. This is the first time I have used this company and I will most definitely use them again in the future.

They knew exactly what to send. They knew more of what we were looking for more than we did. They had them there within a couple of hours.

Great. Great quality of flowers. Delivered on time.

Last minute, end-of-the-day. Fixes other peoples screw ups. Great business people.
