Vendor was prompt and did an excellent job--we were very pleased.

All went well - crew arrived on time, worked hard, and completed job as we requested. More importantly, over a year has not passed since the installation, and we recently noticed that one of the gates was not closing correctly. We contacted FENSU, and they came out and addressed the issue quickly, with no complaints or questions asked. You just don't get that kind of customer service any more, and we greatly appreciated the fact that they were willing to stand behind their work 100%. Because of this, we'd recommend them to anyone.

After calling several fence companies, with several not even returning calls, I am glad Chris called me back. From the initial phone call to project completion, he and his team were incredible. We were looking for someone to do a horizontal board fence and we are thrilled with how it came out. Everyone that comes to our house now is blown away by their work. Chris and his team were professional, prompt, hard working, with a great attention to detail. If you are looking for a new fence, honestly look nowhere else but Fensu.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. We wanted to enclose a small yard area with wooden fencing. However we were also having hardscaping done at the same time by a different company. This meant having FENSU install the fence in stages to get the paving installed correctly. FENSU were very flexible on putting the fence in as directed. Very professional and a very nice finished fence. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience working with Fensu. My husband and I wanted to replace an old wooden fence that surrounded our backyard with a 6-foot vinyl fence with matching gate. I contacted Fensu, and Chris came to our house that same afternoon to look at the project. He did a great job answering my general questions and providing recommendations for some of the design challenges. He followed up with a detailed quote via email. I emailed with Chris several times over the next two weeks to ask additional questions, and he always responded very promptly. We gathered quotes from four additional companies, and they all ended up within a couple hundred dollars of each other (it was a $10k project). We decided to hire Fensu because they seemed to be the most attentive to detail. After Chris ordered the materials for our project, he kept in touch with us about when the project would start. Once it began, the foreman and team showed up exactly on time. They walked through the project with us and helped us make decisions about everything that would improve the installation. This included a lot of details we never thought of, so I’m glad they brought them to our attention. We realized as they began work that we wanted to make a minor design change (changing the panel style used on the side of our gate), and they made it happen, even though they had not accounted for it in the original order. They attended to every aspect of the project, from carefully removing decorations our neighbor had hung on the opposite side of our fence to completely relocating one of our neighbor’s corner fence posts to straighten out the path of our panels (of course, we asked permission before they did these things). They were incredibly careful around all existing trees (including a cherry tree that hangs very close to the fence), extensive perennial beds, and sprinklers. They were meticulous about making sure every single panel was exactly straight, despite the fact that our yard is uneven in some areas. On top of everything else, the entire team was so friendly and professional. They were a joy to work with, and the new fence is perfect. When we received our final invoice, it was exactly the same as our quote. It’s not often that I take the time to write a long review for anything, but Fensu definitely deserves it. I highly recommend them.

Super, from the estimate to the actual work. Everything was professional, on time, and clean. Marlon and his crew obviously took pride in their work and communicated well. They worked from 9 to 4:30, making sure I was happy with everything. Honestly it was well worth the expense. I couldn't say anything bad!

The job started within his estimated time frame. His crew was professional, friendly and efficient. They definitely take pride in their work. Awesome Guys, Awesome work

It went great. His team came out and diligently worked for about 5 days and installed the whole fence around our yard and across our driveway with a gate. We get so many compliments now on how nice it looks. We had 2 small issues pop up (very minor) after the work had been completed and Chris was very responsive and immediately had his team come out to address the issues (the issues had nothing to do with the quality of the fence). I only mention this to let a prospective client know that Chris is reachable and cares about the work that is done. So you can feel rest assured that you will be taken care of even after the fence is installed.

The service was excellent. Chris responded promptly to my quote request and gave me real expectations about the work and dates. A few weeks after they finished the work I had to called them again to adjust the gate; they came the next day to fix it and didn't charge me extra. Never had to call them again. Good quality, very professional. I definitely recommend this company.

I'm pretty happy with the job they did matching the old fence and installing the panel sturdily. They were very responsive, puncual, and professional.

Fensu arrives to the job on-time and gets to work extremely quickly often finishing jobs sooner than originally predicted during the quote.

The job went well. Chris was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Communication and work product were terrific and the price was fair. I will definitely hire them again for future business and have already recommended them to others.

For the most part, we had a positive experience with Fensu. They were punctual and did a solid installation from what we could tell. Our neighbor, who knows this stuff better than us, said he thought they did a quality job. We were also pleased with their removal of the previous chain link fence. Most places just cut the posts down to ground level. Our neighbors have young active children so we were concerned if the post wasn't cut low enough, they might trip and hurt themselves (the old posts would be on the neighbors property). Fensu completely removed the previous posts, digging up the cement footing and everything. For price, they're very expensive but so are all fencing places. We did have a few minor complaints: * a lot of plastic scraps were in our yard after the job. We were initially concerned because we thought our dog might eat them. Turns out she was uninterested. We did spend quite a bit of time hand picking these scraps from our yard. * we previously shared a chain link fence with our neighbor. To replace that fence on our property, a new post had to be installed so our neighbor's chain link would go all the way to our new fence. We discussed this before the job. We had to ask them several times to put finishing touches on the work for our neighbors fence like a cap on the new post and a new top bar. * they had to cut the fence around the base of a tree. The cut job was very jagged and we were told it couldn't be smoothed out. However, our neighbor (who knows this stuff better than us) was impressed by the cut job.

Fensu removed my old dilapidated fence and replaced it with a better new one. They charged a fair price, showed up when they were suppose to, and installed a quality fence. I would definitely use them again, and their workers were polite and friendly.

The workmanship was excellent. Work site was cleaned up every day. Workers were very professional and arrived as expected. I wanted to make a change during the installation and add an extra gate. They were very accommodating and were able to do that. The quality of the fencing is great, too. I highly recommend Fensu. They did a terrific job! I am going to hire them again!

I was totally satisfied from the beginning to the end of the job. I had been referred by a prior customer, so Fensu was willing to travel a little outside their usual geographic area to do the work. The man who did the estimating was punctual, professional,and answered my questions on site. He then sent me an estimate within two business days, and was very prompt in returning my emails with answers to further questions I had. The estimate for the work was less than an estimate I had gotten from another large company 6 years ago. Once the deposit was made, I had an estimate in writing of when they would get the materials in and when to expect them to be ready to do the job. They were very flexible in working around my busy work schedule. The day of the fence installation ( Saturday) the crew arrived early, ready to do the job. The fellows who did the work were friendly, polite and worked hard all day to install the fence. The job boss was meticulous in making sure everything was done perfectly and I was consulted on several occasions to make sure that everyone was in agreement with the location of the fence, appearance of the fence, etc. The fence they built is beautiful, sturdy and will not blow down or sag as the posts were placed deep and firmly anchored in concrete. They hauled off all my old fencing and left the job site in an immaculate condition. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, as I was very pleased with the whole experience.

It is great! Chris was very accommodating. The crew was excellent.  They were very careful about alternating the panel orientation thus staggering the repeat of the stone.  They also were terrific about spreading out the dugout dirt.  The step-down is well-done and level. Very, very attractive fence. They also ended up removing/disposing of the neighbors' fence before installing the segment along my driveway with negligible damage so the neighbors could reuse it elsewhere on their property.

Told Chris at Fensu I was available after 5:30PM weekdays and all weekends for estimate. I was told he did not work that late and did not work weekends. The other companies came over without such a reply. Gave dimensions via email. Cost was in the middle not high not low.. Used M.J. Nicholls Landscape LLC in Quincy instead, more money buy great job and dug up existing fence, did not just cut it down.

Fensu was the most professional of the 3 quotes we obtained, and the fairest price as well, and responded quickly to all communications. Chris was attentive to our particular requirements for the fence line, and happily came back for a final walkthrough of our design immediately prior to starting construction. His crew was pleasant and diligent, and Chris dropped by to ensure things were done right. They were also patient when the local zoning enforcement asked us to stop work due to a perceived corner visibility issue (side note - insist your town stamps your plans even if it's not required by law!). The only downside of working with Fensu was that they're in high demand and therefore we had to wait a few weeks to get started (admittedly we were booking them in Spring which is peak fencebuilding season). Leaving this positive review so they can hire more people and do more great work.

Experience with FENSU was excellent. Excellent.  On every dimension.

I initially approached Chris in 2015 for an estimate, but didn't proceed because I needed yard cleaning and grading done before the fence installation.  Chris was very responsive and great to communicate with.  I picked the conversation back up in the spring time and had the work done.  FENSU team promptly removed and hauled away the old fence for a great price, working quickly and leaving no mess behind.  Waited less than a month between giving my deposit and having the team install the new fence.  Again, excellent communication and very prompt with when/how they did the job and managed my expectations on timing.  My yard has a downhill slope, so installation was not as easy as it would be on flat land.  Plus I wanted to minimize the amount of trees and limbs to cut back for the new fence.  The FENSU team did a really excellent job.  They lined up the fence on top very well and cut the bottom to conform to the slope with no gap, exactly as I wanted.  Had to explain very little - they obviously know exactly what they are doing and know how to make the fence look good even if you don't. They only asked me a few key questions about placing preferences and did the job in about 2.5 days.  Despite digging holes and cementing a couple of dozen posts, barely left any mess and took care not to use the bobcat (even though it would have been easier for them) as that would have destroyed my lawn in several places given how my yard is laid out. 

Again, I am very pleased with the work they did, as well as the materials they use (good quality and appearance, worth the price) and how well they deliver their service.  Wish I could have a FENSU for all household maintenance and construction needs.  Highly recommended, do not even hesitate to call for fence work.

Chris came out immediately to give us an estimate. He was professional, kind and very fairly priced compared to other companies who had given us estimates. He and the other men is his company who constructed the fence were punctual, polite and hardworking. They did a beautiful job! They even came back after the initial fence was complete to add two extra stained panels that we requested free of charge. They are a well run company, they do excellent work and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
