everything went incredibly smoothly:The first contact with Chris was great, he replied to my email very quickly and was able to come over and give us a quote within a few days. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and made sure i was aware of what everything would look like. His quote ended up fitting our budget perfectly. 3 Fensu employees came to my house to install the fence on a really hot sunday and did it all in one day (vs the couple of days originally discussed). Chris came by the next day to make sure the work was what we expected and give us advice on how to maintain our new great looking fence.If you are looking for a reliable, honest and efficient fence company, don't look any further: you have found it!!!

Received a quick response to come to the house to measure and provided an estimate the following week. It was the best price by a lot compared to other local companies doing the same fence. After a deposit, the fence was installed the following month. There was short notice for when they came out to domthe work, but once they arrived, they worked quickly and did the job in a few hours. We have been very happy with the work. It is a beautiful looking fence. They payed attention to all the fine detail work on the fence, it was a very professional job.

Fensu ended up installing a ~200 foot privacy fence with lattice. The workers showed up as scheduled, worked hard for 2 days and it was complete. After the job I had a question and minor adjustment I wanted to the finished product. Again, Chris responded immediately by coming to my home. He answered my question and send his crew back to make the alteration. We could not be happier with the job and our new, beautiful fence. Thanks Fensu!

Christopher and his crew were prompt, responsive, professional, accommodating, courteous, respectful and thorough. I found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable and well versed in his craft as well as skillful and efficient at executing it. The finished product looks wonderful, follows the contour of the ground perfectly, it is solid, straight, and has been a spectacular improvement to the property overall. I intend to contract with him again this season to perform work on another property.

Tsvetan was: prompt, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. He helped guide me towards various options and select the best one given my needs and budget. A temporary glitch happened during the installation, but it only demonstrates how professional they were in the speed with which they addressed it as soon as I pointed it out.
The result is a lovely barrier that is non-obtrusive, sturdy, and safe. Keeps the geese out and my toddler grand-children in without ruining the view.

The work done by Fensu was top notch and the price was exactly as quoted. Their prices were 20% lower than their competitors' quotes for the same job. A few weeks after the work was done we noticed the gate needed a small adjustment. They came out within 36 hours and fixed the minor issue. I have already recommended Fensu to a friend and they did great work on her fence as well.

A gentleman came out to provide an estimate and patiently waited a few minutes since I was running late. We went over what my fencing needs were and everything seemed well. However, I was never provided any follow-up via email or phone.

The new fence looks just unbelievable. This company is amazing. The first time I called I got the company voicemail. My call was answered within 24 hour. The sales person came in time for our appointment and answered all my questions, showed me a lot of pictures and offer the best alternative for what I have needed for my yard. I was impressed that he steered me into lower cost solution that would have provided me with the same level of effectiveness and efficiency as the more expensive one. He won the job right away. I must say that my first impression for this company was confirmed and by the crew that had actually install the fence. They worked very hard, they were kind, friendly, quiet, gentle to my flowers and they were cleaning as they progressed through the fence installation. I'm extremely happy with their work and will recommend them to anybody I know.
