Definitely made the right choice to use Fensu. Came down to a company that we used before and Fensu. Fensu bid was nearly half of the other company and the quality and materials were the same. Chris was patient as we had to get a sign off from our neighbors. Once that was completed, he got his team out to do the job. The crew was organized, courteous and skilled. The foreman talked the entire job through with me to confirm the scope prior to starting. Whenever a question came up during the process, they solicited my input to be sure it was done properly and to my satisfaction. They even fabricated a special piece of fence for the transition from existing to new fence to ensure out dog couldn't get out. No surprises, no drama, just a really good install by really a pleasant crew. WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN!

Job was done quickly and efficiently. They removed the fence and took it away and were able to tend to the Job right away both in outreach and in execution. Only issue is emphasis on cash/check but card options are available.

They came when they said they would for both the quote and the job. Their prices were reasonable, and they did an excellent job both on replacing a wooden fence and on repairing a chain link fence.

I worked with Fensu in May 2022 to rip down an old wooden fence around my patio and put up a new vinyl fence. Chris was my primary point of contact at Fensu. Chris came onsite for an initial meeting and then came back a 2nd time for a meetup with the mason I was working with, as I had our patio updated at the same time as the fence replacement and wanted to ensure Fensu and my mason were aligned on the approach to the project. The project required coordination to have the old fence removed and new metal poles core drilled into my retaining wall on which the patio sits, then the mason took two weeks to do the patio, and then Fensu came back to install the vinyl fence. Fensu did all of the work on time and in a professional manner, showing respect for the property. The crew did a great job communicating with me to make sure the two gates were installed in the direction I expected them to be installed. They had to do some custom work where the patio meets the driveway wall and they did a really nice job with that section of the fence. Overall very good experience with Fensu and would recommend them to others looking for fence work. I’ve received compliments from neighbors and a couple neighbors asked me for Fensu’s contact information, which I think is high praise.

Chris and his crew at FENSU did a fantastic job from start to finish installing my fence. He was extremely thorough when initially evaluating the job and spent a lot of time making sure he new exactly how it would be installed. Communication was great through the job and the end result was exactly what we wanted. His initial quote was what I ended up paying. We used FENSU to replace a stockade fence around our 2-family residence in Boston in March 2022. Their bid was not the cheapest, but we went with them because they offered solutions for working around a tree and a stump on the property line instead of telling us to hire a different company to deal with those things before they came. ... It took us many months to decide on a fence company. Every time I contacted the office, my questions were answered courteously and promptly. Once we were ready, Fensu was able to accommodate our scheduling request. The crew was polite and friendly and came when they said they would. We're particular about our garden, and the crew helped us move some heavy planter things and "replanted" one of those poles for hanging plants that had to get moved during fence "take-down." Maybe it's nothing to the guys, but it's greatly appreciated from my vantage point. The fence materials are high-quality and it has been installed properly, so I won't need a new fence for 25 years. But to you who are looking: I do recommend these guys. The difference in price between FENSU and the cheaper guys, over a 25-year period is negligible.

10+ years ago I had Fensus, Inc. replaced fences for me in Jan 2012. For almost ten years, Fensus provided excellent services. For example, my fence needed adjustment due to loose lock or extra caps, Fensus provided these services with NO additional charges. I'm delighted and grateful that FENSUS, Inc. is still around to provide services and support. --John

Very well. Chris was always quick to respond to questions and the workers were great. Arrived on time, did great work ( including dealing with a large tree and sloping ground). Cleaned everything up - including a piece of concrete on neighbor’s lawn that I’m not sure was even their responsibility. Great job.

Wow! The installation and quality of the workmanship and fence was great. The attention to detail for the PT posts, Cedar panels and painting was much appreciated. Pricing was very competitive with other installers and they did exactly what I wanted, exceeded my expectations.

Other firms would only have done it if we removed trees to leave three feet of clearance on each side. They did a fine job at a fair price, working around large trees. The result is neat and strong. The staff was wonderful and they took away not only the old fence but also a door left by an unsatisfactory contractor. I was delighted with every aspect of their work.

Fensu's team was prompt, attentive to my wishes, precise, skilled and altogether a pleasure to work with. The finished project is beautiful and my neighbors are pleased too! I'd wholeheartedly recommend them. The young man who came to give an estimate was very careful to get all the details and remarked that Chris, the boss, cared very much about satisfying the consumer. Fensu was not the highest estimate either.

Very well, one hiccup from a happy, stoned installer who was not so concerned with the exact location of fence and its parallelness to existing lines. However, after my whine about this, a different crew (The "A" crew I daresay) was dispatched the following day to remove and reinstall that 30 ft section. Perfectly. I was corrected that the previous chap was not stoned, just ill. Ah, Right. Nonetheless, the final result was A1. The price was right, too.

Fensu is a Great company! all aspects of the job were extremely easy. The estimate/theorder being placed/Actual install. Great communication with Chris- I couldn't be happier with the whole project ! The fence came out Fantastic- six foot stockade with square posts. The quality is first rate and so was Chris, Mark and the entire crew. They started first thing in the morning and did not stop until the job was complete.The yard was incredibly clean when the job was done. The cost was really competitive and I'm very happy I chose Fensu. I'm sure the fence will last 35 years from the way it was installed. Great job and Thank You !

Over 100 feet of cedar fence were removed and the new fence installed in a single day. I could not have been happier with the professionalism and skill of the crew. The new fence, unlike the one replaced, is perfectly level and true. Although the new fence is only a week old, I have already gotten compliments from two of my abutting neighbors. The latching system on the new gate is superior to the one replaced. The price was within $50 of two other bids for the work. I was swayed by the lack of negative reviews and the positive feelings I had during my interactions with Chris. I am convinced I made the right choice with Fensu.

I never write reviews, but every aspect of this job was so well done, I wanted to share my experience. First, Chris was very good to deal with when he came for the estimate. Then he was extremely responsive via email re: any questions that came up. And finally, the work was exceptional. The installers were professional, highly skilled and also friendly and approachable. The fence looks great. I chose Fensu because of the positive Angie's List reviews. I am happy to add my praise. My wife said: "I wish we could find people this good for all of our projects."

Chris gave me a quick turnaround about the plan and quote on installation of a 6ft privacy fence. He emailed me about the progress and the date of planned installation. Everything went well and the fence looks beautiful.
