After inspection of the old spark plugs I had just replaced, it was determined that the oil was seeping out of the oil filler cap, so it was replaced with a new cap. Also, the plugs that I had replaced the old ones with, were of the wrong type, they replaced those with the OEM plugs. They checked the O2 sensor, as well. I’ve been taking my 1987 560SL to European Auto Solutions for the past three years or so, and they have been so thorough and knowledgeable about my car. They’ve replaced my convertible top which was vandalized. I had the undercarriage bushings replaced, as well. Highly recommend!

They do very good work on Mercedes. They do good work, it's pricey but they do good work. I give them an A because of the quality of work that they do.

I had an estimate of $1800+ from a very reputable, general service center. I am certain that their repair would have been very good. But they would have replaced the entire front axle assembly and axle shaft. European Auto Solutions (which grew from the service department of Mercedes of Lexington) specializes in Mercedes and BMWs and was experienced enough to rebuild and replace only the components that were damaged, at less than a third of the first estimate.

They are not cheap, but they do very good work. If it’s not an emergency, usually it takes a couple days to get in. I have had an emergency in the past, and they were quite sympathetic and took care of me. When they promise to do something, they do it. I will use them again depending on what kind of car I buy next.

It was okay. It took them a day or so to complete it. The waiting room is very nice. They have a TV and a coffee maker. It's a small waiting room, but it's comfortable.

EAS is reliable, high quality, and caring. They care for my car as if it is there own. The staff communicates well and the owners are close to the action.

A few months back, I have brought my ML350 into European Auto for a routine service appointment and was very pleased with the price, efficiency, and quality. I decided to bring the same car back when I heard loud noises coming whenever I turned the steering wheel. I set-up an appointment and brought the car in. The fixed all the problems and have not heard the noise since. The car took 4-5 business days in the shop and they would have provided me a loaner, but I did not need one. I believe it would have been shorter, but they needed to order a part. Either way, it was prompt service. I like how one of the owners of the shop calls you after initially inspecting your car and tells you what is wrong. Over the phone they provide you with a cost son there are no surprises when you arrive to pick your car up. By the way, the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to any Mercedes owner. The staff is professional, very knowledgable on Mercedes vehicles, and care.

They did a great job. They were reasonable in cost. They did not charge more than other fair places would have charged. They got the job done quickly and gave me a loaner car. I would use them again in the future; in fact, I am going to use them this Thursday.

I have used EAS for about 3 years, switched over from the Mercedes dealership. They do excellent work and are realistic with you about what you need to repair - no upselling or replacing unnecessary items. EAS worked to find a rebuilt transmission to keep the costs down. Highly recommended.

The dealership quoted $310 and I paid $109. The owner, Ed, is a great guy. They provided great detail to my car. It was easy to make an appointment and their service is flawless.

Fabulous experience. I drove past Herb Chambers to get to EAS and boy am I glad that I did so. Ed instills confidence on the phone and in-person. EAS is conveniently located in Waltham, off of 128. The shop is immaculate, staff highly professional, skilled and friendly. The waiting room is comfortable and is equipped with everything that you might need. More important than anything else, you are not at the mercy of a dealer and their rediculous business practices. I expect to be a EAS customer for life; they earned my trust and my business.

They were ready for us when we brought the car in. It was completed as promised. The price was as promised. Ed told us what they had checked on the car. Told us places that we needed to watch as the car got older. He offered to order a needed cable for the air conditioning system that was getting rusty and hard to turn that he said would probably have to come from Germany and he would call us as soon as it came in. We drove away feeling well treated.
