I have rental properties so he removes the snow in the winter from my parking lot in one of my apartment buildings. I have a contract with him. He trims my bushes a couple of times a year in the spring and fall. It is not cheap. He mows my yard every other week. He is expensive on snow plowing. He charges by inches, starting with 3 inches. For the beginning he charges $250 for the parking lot and for my house he charges $50. I think they try to take advantage of customers. Their responsiveness is not that good because when it is busy they do not even pick up the phone. I have to leave a message, that is the only way, and then they call me back. They do all the properties in one location and then jump to another location so their service is completely on their terms. They don't get to you right away. You call, leave a message and they call you back. They try to make money so they do it in whatever neighborhood they are working on and gradually move on to your place. They are all like that, it is not just Ernest. They know my place.
