air conditioning unit compressor died on one of the hottest fall days of the year. Mike was able to come out same day with another motor to help bridge the gap until a new compressor could be located and installed. Not only was Mike sympathetic to our cause (pets inside a contemporary house), he was able to come out and rig a temporary solution. Within 48 hours we had a new compressor and a cool house again. Mike and his crew exemplify customer service at its best
