We have used the company a few times for our house, one bigger project, and some small work. We are very pleased with their work. Father / son team, professional, competent, no nonsense crap. We also like they can source the parts for us with competitive price. Would definitely use them again.

Left came back 5 times still leaking

I reached out to Denis about a leak from our shower. He and his son came out and were able to find the source of the leak. They were professional , neat and considerate. The did find the source of the leak but as it was tile related not able to fix - But we will use them when we remodel the shower. I highly recommend Denis and his son.

They did a perfect plumbing job. Were courteous, on time, left place spotless and were reasonably priced. It would be foolish not to hire Goguen Plumbing for any plumbing job.

My old tankless hot water heater was not sufficiently sized for my house. I did some research and found one that was right for the size of my home and had good reviews (Rinnai tankless). Contacted few plumbers to install and decided on Denis. His quote was competitive with other plumbers. The quote was detailed so I knew what the quote covered (equipment, parts and labor). The install was done last Spring (March/2018) and went well since I now have hot water whenever I need it and am able to run multiple showers and sinks without losing hot water. Denis and his son ordered the equipment I requested and did the work. Both seemed knowledgeable, were no nonsense and really nice. I have used Denis since then for other plumbing related services.

Went great. They came to do one or two things but when I asked them to check something else they took the time to fix that too.

I found myself a new plumber!!! Dennis & Erik were Excellent....very responsive, professional & effcient! I called and they were here the same day found and fixed the problem. They were very clean & organized and explained what needed to be done! Would recommend as well as use them again!

Denis was available, when I called on a weekend to report a leaking water heater (was 12 years old). The water heater decided to leak the weekend prior to thanksgiving (go figure !), and we had guests on the way. You can imagine the anxiety !!! Denis listened to my requirements, gave a reasonable estimate (lowest) , and then stuck to the estimate after the installation was completed. The crew arrived on time, and were very professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I am so happy I went with this service provider! The entire process from connecting with Denis to his team member coming out was smooth. Plumber came on time and was friendly and hard working. The job took about 2.5 hours, and he went over everything detail. Explained the issue, resolved it, and explained how he fixed it. I would highly recommend this company!

Denis came out promptly to give an estimate, and he stuck to it. Work was excellent and price was fair.

Replace to a new one Denis answered immediately and he came to my home very on time and worked well done on the same day! I was very happy to be able to have hot water on that same day, when it was shutting down.

This is the second time we've had Denis here and he did another great job. He told me exactly when he'd be here and he came on time. He is very professional and seems like he's seen just about every situation and is able to fix it without drama. He made multiple trips out to connect the stove (once to look it over and a second time once the stove was delivered) but did not charge us for that time (maybe he just likes us!). He's personable and will tell you exactly what he's doing and why. I think he goes above and beyond to make the job look good, even though the gas pipes are hidden in the basement. I was really pleased with the effort he made to get our stove perfectly aligned between the counters. In a newly constructed home, this wouldn't be a big deal. But we live in an antique and the floors and walls are approximately plumb and level. When you look at the stove, it looks perfect. He took extra precautions to protect our wood countertops, and was very neat throughout the job. He came in, put down a drop cloth in our kitchen where he would be working and didn't put any tools on the counter -- other contractors have ? . If you have a plumbing issue, call Denis first. Great guy.

Denis quickly followed up to my call and came to my house. We had very ugly, old and failing plumping around our laundry/utility sink that also was the plumbing for the laundry water supply. The new laundry water fill also caused a water hammer like sound that was fixed with some silencers. The new work is great and has held up perfectly! Thanks

It went very well. They worked very quickly and the price was very reasonable.

I talked to Denis initially about what seemed to me a repeated, rapid loss of water from the heating system - the boiler needed refilling erratically and often. Also, the heating pipes and radiators clanged and pinged almost constantly when in use. The pipes rattled and shook the walls of my downstairs neighbor, which had never happened in prior heating seasons. Basically, we were worried, and the noise was becoming unbearable.
Denis and his son were available quickly to come over and have a look at the boiler, etc. Ultimately, they discovered that we had been unable to maintain the system properly for a long time, due to a clogged drain pipe and valve, which led to a build up of murky water in the system. The check valve did not look good and it was not working well. My lack of knowledge about maintaining this kind of heating system didn't help either. Whatever the cause may have been, Denis and his son quickly remedied the situation.
Within a short time they had replaced the drain valve, flushed the system, and changed the check/ steam pressure valve. The heating system was restored. And quiet. We could not have been more relieved and satisfied with the work. Thanks, Denis and son!
