They were professional. They were smart. They replaced a lil piece of pipe to stop my problem. They went above and beyond. They came out immediately. I would definitely recommend them.

The big day arrived right before Christmas.   The installation and cutover were delayed to I could use the full tank of oil in my cellar.  Once I had about 1/4 of a tank left, I call Fremault Plumbing and Heating and they gave me a target date that the work would begin.  This was predicated upon them not receiving any critical service calls from their customers.
Once they began, it took them exactly 5 days to complete the job as they completed all the work before the cutover so we would not be without heat for a long period of time.  The installation and the cutover went flawlessly.  The team worked on some nights until 8:00 p.m. in order to ensure the job was completed before year end so I could take advantage of the National Grid rebate and the Energy Tax Credit.
Freamault Plumbing also installed an on demand hot water heater and removed all the galvanized pipes in the cellar.  I expected them just to swap out the galvanized pipe and replace it with copper piping.   Instead, they fixed all the pipe so it all hung evenly throughout the cellar even removing existing copper piping to make it look neat.  When required, the replaced the shut off values and added new ones.
Once finished, all the old furnace parts were removed and all the debris cleaned up to the last pile of dirt on the cellar floor.  Did I also mention that the crew used disposable shoe coverings when walking through the upstairs when testing the heating system?
The only reason I gave them a B for responsiveness was that they were so busy, it took a while to link up.  But that was partly due to the fact that I wanted to use up all the oil I had before making the switch.  Once they made the start date commitment they were at my house every day until they were 100% finished.
