He directed me to a wonderful company who helped me select which one to buy, based on what I was used to and what features I liked. Mike, the owner of Convenient Appliance, picked up the new dishwasher at the store, arranged a discount and delivered it to my house.
Mike is the answer to life, when it comes to appliance repair. He answered all my calls speedily and came soon after I had contacted him. He is an expert with over 2 decades of experience in this area, and he is also the nicest guy. He truly cares about his work and his customers. As a bonus, he also charges about half what his competitors charge.
Shortly after this, my washing machine stopped working. He was able to repair it , which saved me from having to get a new one, and he told me the one I have is an excellent one.
Besides getting a new dishwasher, I now have a new appliance repair service that I can finally count on!

HE CHARGES $50 FOR A SERVICE CALL. ONE TIME WE THOUGHT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH OUR REFRIGERATOR. HE LOOKED AT IT AND CONCLUDED NOTHING WAS WRONG, SO SINCE HE WAS HERE HE OFFERED HIS SERVICES FOR ANYTHING ELSE. IT WOULD ALSO COVER HIS $50 SERVICE CALL FEE. THAT WAS THOUGHTFUL OF HIM.
