CLEAN OUT YOUR HOUSE

Final bill was $200 over original estimate, original date of trash removal was cancelled last minute due to not being able find a mover and when they did come to the house one of the movers had no idea who the owner of the company was and was very off task. It was obvious this was his first time doing work with the company. All in all they got the job done, but not sure I would use again.

Dumpster delivered in specified timeframe and placed in specified location. Crew and trucks arrived at promised time on promised date. Crew very professional and quite sensitive to requests to and quot;keep an eye out forand quot; type of requests, and also very good about not risking allowing my indoor cats to become and quot;outdoor catsand quot;. I was aware in advance that the job would take two days and the crew returned on time on the second day. All debris was swept up and disposed of. The dumpster was retrieved as specified.. Tax receipts for items that were donated through and quot;Clean out your houseand quot; to charitable organizations were received in a timely fashion and I was pleased to note that more items were donate-able than I had previously thought, with the added bonus of less and quot;stuff in a landfilland quot;. I have been informed that an item placed on consignment has recently sold and that I will be receiving payment shortly.
Job came in just a very few dollars above the low end of the estimate range (not counting the consignment or the tax deductible donations).

The crew was very professional and efficient. They arrived as schedules and completed the task in a timely manner.
we were impressed how they separated the materials so that they could be disposed or recycled that is best for our environment.
We intend to use this service again soon and would recommend them.

I called the company and they were able to give me an estimate right away, and came 2 days later to do the job. All the people I dealt with were friendly, professional, and efficient. They even swept out the garage after everything was out of the house and loaded onto the truck (the 'stuff' I had filled 2 truckloads). They were very thorough and stayed longer than anticipated because of the amount of stuff. They even took away the toxic materials I had such as cans of paint, cans of spray paint, and certain cleaning solutions. If I ever need their services I would definitely call them again.

Unbelievably well. They moved their schedule around to accommodate me. They worked quickly did not take advantage of multiple opportunities to increase the price as I found new things to throw out and they had a great attitude. I ended up paying around 30% less than expected (i.e. than I was quoted by less well-reviewed competitors). I will never use another service.

It went very well from start to finish.

This was the third time I have used Clean Out Your House. They are very efficient and easy to work with. They have come in on estimate each time. They donate items that have value or use by a charity and you get a receipt for a tax deduction. Left the house in broom clean condition.
