The CCL Mechanical team led by Chris and Seamus were quick to respond, very knowledgeable, experienced, focused, tidy, worked quickly and efficiently during the installation of our new Rinnai hot water system and, last but not least were very friendly. I am also impressed with their training on each of the products that they support which we have in our home including Rinnai, Ecobee and Trane. I would not hesitate to recommend your services.

We had an excessively bad experience with this company. They arrived two hours late for a job without calling. One of the employees had a medical condition which caused him to become mentally impaired and act as if drunk. I spent an entire day missing my own work and literally chasing after him and fighting with him. It was horrible. I have sympathy for this person and in fact I tried to assist him with his medical emergency. My real issue is with the owner of the company who offered us no compromise. They charged us an excessive amount despite the fact that they never completed the work. When we rescheduled with them to have a different plumber finish they didn’t show up. When my wife complained the owner told her she was trying to take advantage of somebody’s medical condition. The truth is that we were being abused by a company who was not taking any responsibility for the incident.

We had diagnosed the problem ourselves, but our prior furnace repair company was not qualified to do this work. CCL sourced the correct part and did the work. The furnace worked properly after their work. Finding a company that can work on residential rooftop units takes some doing, so it was good to find them.

Yes, I would use this provider again.

They are professional and efficient. They cleaned up well.

Paul Cullen was very prompt and did a thorough review of the system. He explained the issues with the system and the reason that the heat was insufficient (low pressure). Once pressure was increased in the system, the hear improved. Darren was very knowledgeable and I recommend him.

CCL did a periodic cleaning and inspection of my furnace. It was part of my maintenance plan with them. The service man was very knowledgeable. He helped me understand my whole heating system. I would recommend CCL any time.

Excellent! Fabio did a great job, was punctual, conscientious & kept me informed of all the work he performed. I asked him to look at a toilet we had problems with, and he showed me what was causing the problem, ran to a local hardware store for the part required and fixed it at my request. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

We have worked with CCL for a few years now on our heating, cooling and plumbing. We highly recommend the full CCL team both for regular maintenance of HVAC systems (including pointing out potential issues with aging systems) and when emergencies arise (like our AC unit that stopped on an August Saturday and a technician was at the house within a few hours and fixed it). The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service team responds quickly. They are also incredibly pleasant to work with--unique in contracting in my experience.

Technician approached the problem systematically, diagnosed and fixed it quickly. He explained the reason for the shutdown and advised me how to take care of it myself if it recurs. He also cleaned my system educated me on the "do's and don'ts" of maintaining it. I felt confident in this person and will call CCL again if I need service.

Jason had to go step by step through a humidifier unit and calling Aprilaire. Finally determined there was a bad circuit board.  The board was replaced and the unit now works.
