Expect reliability and clear communication. From start to finish, my questions were thoroughly answered and I was told exactly what to expect in terms of timing. Build it Brothers installed new railings on my front steps and picked up a pile of dirt and construction debris from my backyard. They gave me a very fair price. Work was done swiftly and we were very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Although their pricing was fair, it took a little longer than anticipated. They fixed some cracks in our ceiling and it looked good for a while. Now the cracks are back so instead of patching the cracks, a full ceiling replacement is likely needed. The worker was professional and kind. He cleaned up after himself which was lovely.

Al amd his team did a great job replace my old concrete front step with composite decking as well as lay down paver stones on the walking path leading to the stairs. I picked them after taking to 5 different service providers. His proposal came on too because it is detail orientated. It went down to the color and materials that I can pick from. Workmanship is good and precise, they left everything in place amd I am happy with the results. I will use them again for my other projects and would recommend them to anyone for the home improvement needs.

Full yard clean up, removing old shrubs, clearing weeds and allowing my whole yard to shine. Additionally, the team washed, polished and sealed roughly 300 sq foot of deck. I had the best experience with the brothers and their team. Punctual, quiet, extremely hard working, very diligent and stickler for quality. For example, a small part of the deck needed wood filler, they did the work, they themselves didn't like it, so replaced a wood section with new seasoned wood and refinished it and at no extra charge to me. I am looking forward to spring 2023 when I can hire them for my driveway and patio rework.

And of course, his work product was exactly what I asked for, then exceeded expectations. I could go on for miles here, but Iâ d simply be adding more superlatives! Iâ ve already asked him for another scope of work, and hope that there are more projects than he has the skill set to accomplish, since he is such a true professional in every way.
