Our downspout has been repaired. I inspected Vladimir's work, and it looks good. He has added a brace and screwed it into place, which has added stability to the structure and made it much less likely that it will fall off again, which is great. He was friendly, professional, and reliable. He told me he would look everything over on Friday and give us a quote, then finish the job by Saturday afternoon and he was true to his word. Also, the final cost of the entire job was $110 which was significantly less than the quote from the other contractor that we talked to, but who never followed up and dropped all communications ($150-200). Highly recommended.
