This company is the BEST!!!! The workers are in constant contact as too when they arriving. Once here, they are efficient, friendly, and took such excellent care of all our items. Mark and his team took the time to ask us where everything goes. Highly highly recommend this company for your moving needs!!!!

My wife and I recently moved from a home of 31 years and we are very happy that we used Annabelle's Moving and Storage. Oscar and his team arrived exactly on time and after a brief walk through they went to work like a Swat Team. They were fast, tireless, flexible, attentive, cheerful and efficient. I made some last minute decisions to not include a heavy couch, file cabinet and other items and they were more than happy to put them into a dumpster we had rented. They then went the extra mile on their own and broke down furniture in the dumpster to make sure there would be enough room for all future additions. This was above and beyond the call of duty. They also made sure all items we felt fragile were properly blanketed or bubble wrapped. They took our belongings to our storage facility and like Tetris Masters miraculously managed to fit everything we owned in to 20 x 10 unit, with room to spare. The final cost was tallied in a very precise and professional way and we ended up paying less than we expected. We will be sure to hire this team again when our new home is ready. The company / sales team seem nice enough, but their team of movers deserve all of the praise. They are professional, kind, respectful, and truly care about the work they do. Annabelles really needs to give this team a raise.

1 Word: Fantastic! Annabelle's Moving and Storage is VERY professional and efficient. We used them to move out of our condo and would not consider using anyone else. They make it look so easy and make the whole experience as stress free as possible!

It went very well

It was very easy to deal with the Moving Coordinator to set up the estimate and get details on the moving process. Very professional. The moving crew arrived on-time, and was very pleasant to work with. The worked diligently throughout the move, even with some issues at the unload point. Unfortunately, two pieces of my dining set were damaged, due to improper packing or placement in the truck by the crew. The damage is enough, that I must now replace the entire set, costing me over $1,000. When asked, I am willing to settle for the purchase price of the two pieces ($500).. The moving company owner, after going back and forth for almost a month has refused to accept responsibility for the damage, then was willing to pay only what the moving insurance would pay out ($0.16/pound), then said the damage could be repaired (a granite table top cannot be repaired adequately), then said I should look on Craigslist to purchase some cheaper, used furniture, and when pressed on resolving this says "you are being unreasonable with your settlement amount". He originally offered $180, then upped his settlement to $300, but refuses to acknowledge liability or a fair replacement amount.

Brilliant, organized, on time and efficient! Highly recommend them as the moves they helped me with where seamless and stress free. I specially liked the care they took with every piece of furniture, carefully moving in and out various properties!

Better than I expected! These guys are on time, efficient, courteous, friendly, reasonable and reliable! I looked at several companies but this one made the most sense to me. So happy I found them! I had bad experiences with previous movers so, I was very hesitant about moving again until I found Annabelle's Moving! Everyone I talked to or dealt with was great! Thank you guys!

The move did go as expected and the price was fair. The movers were on time and very careful with most of the items from what I could see. We did have one item roll off the truck and break but the company paid for it ASAP. The only concern I had was a stand up mirror which was is fine condition before the move, but when it was moved, the bottom was broken and it looks like a repair (poorly done) was attempted by the mover and not communicated to myself (customer) that something had broken. The legs looks like they were snapped off and glue was slopped all over to put them back in place (pictures attached). I do not have issue with a broken item, accidents do happen, but I do have issues with it not being communicated to me and then paying the worker (without me knowing) to fix the problem. If they had been up front about the item I would have told them not to worry about it as it was not worth anything anyways. A level trust had been breached in my eyes and I had to go through every item the movers set up looking for something other broken items which might have had the same fate (beds, cribs, table, dressers etc.). Thankfully, no other issues were founds but not what I really wanted to be doing when I had better things to do such as getting my house set up and kids settled. I did contact the company and an apology was offered and a re-repair (I did not want compensation) but no real reason for why this happened or any mention of it being corrected in the future other than speculation.
