Citywide Paving and Masonry

It went very well. We agreed on a price they showed up when they said they would. They completed the job beyond our expectations. We've used them before and would use them again.

I would absolutely recommend Citywide without any reservations. The work these gentlemen do is just phenomenal. I had safety concerns about my old crumbling steps, and Mike was able to get the project started right away. His estimate was well below others that I received, and his team could schedule my job in quickly. In addition to replacing the steps with meticulous care, they sanded down my old railings and repainted them to like new condition and then power washed my retaining wall before seamlessly fixing cracks in it. The finished product was even more beautiful than I had imagined. The entire project was finished in 2.5 days. All of the team members were very professional and detail-oriented. I plan to hire these fellows again for future projects.

Citywide was wonderful! They came when they promised and completed the work in parts of two days. James expertly solved our draining problem and worked alongside his crew efficiently to complete the repaving. We were amazed at their ability to work **** ** a very hot day.

Great! Contractor Michael C. and crew were terrific! Within 24 hours of my initial phone call to Citywide, Michael came to my home, explained in detail how he and his crew would proceed to repair cracks in and crumbling or missing stucco on backyard steps, face of staircase landing, corner of house foundation as well as other minor cracks. He provided a free, verbal estimate while on-site and followed it up 3 days later with a clearly written proposal/contract and specification of Citywide's guarantee. Within just 6 days Michael and his crew of 2 showed up exactly when they said they would and worked diligently and within 2 days to complete with attention to detail all of the originally specified repairs. On the second day, at Michael's suggestion, I also had them make some indoor repairs to the chimney, repairs Michael and I had not previously discussed, but that I had actually been planning to have done in the near future. Michael quoted me a reasonable price for this additional work that kept the total cost of the stucco repairs plus chimney repairs within the originally quoted/contracted project estimate range. I realized that Citywide's now evident-to-me masonry skill, the timing and the price all seemed to be in alignment to move ahead immediately with the chimney repairs. Thanks for your suggestion, Michael. The chimney came out beautifully. Michael and his crew could not have been more responsive, reliable or more professional. They did a marvelous job on these projects both outside and inside my home. I would definitely hire Citywide MA Paving and Masonry without hesitation in the future.

All work was done within time frame given and to approval. Customer service was excellent and works showed up on time everyday. Price agreed on was reasonable for the work needed. Love the way new steps looks and would definitely use them again. No complaints.
