We had a general idea of what we wanted for a screened porch. Pat and Mike Treacy listened to us carefully and built a porch exactly as we had hoped. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional.  The exterior matches the main home perfectly and the inside finish work is superb.  We asked for a couple of changes while under construction and our requests were taken care of with no problem.  The project was completed on schedule and on budget.  We would not hesistate to hire Treacy Bros for our next construction project.

They were very easy to work with, and were very professional throughout both the negotiation and work phases. They were always very responsive to my requests for references, insurance certificate, contract requirements, etc. They kept me apprised of the delivery date for the windows, and were able to install the windows on my preferred day. They worked very hard, and I believe they did a very good job. They also went above and beyond by not charging me for something (small) I asked them to do, which was totally unrelated to the window installation. There were absolutely no surprises, my windows look great, and they were delivered and installed according to budget and schedule. I've used a lot of contractors over the last several years, but my experiences in dealing with the Treacy Brothers has been better than almost all the others. In short, I highly recommend the Treacy Brothers.
