They are very good groomers. They are very caring, very thorough and they call you the night before for your appointment. They have everything very organized, and they do very good job of the grooming. We have been using them for about 10 years.

Overall a mixed bag. I just moved to the area and thought I'll give this place a try since it's gotten awards and all. Although you can tell that they are true animal lovers and they certainly did a good job with the grooming, I am not too fond of the check-in/check-out process. They check all dogs in at around the same time in the morning regardless of when they will get to your dog - hence, there are lots of barking dogs kept in kennels in the back-room, causing unnecessary stress. My dogs were there from 8am -3pm and I don't think they were taken outside to do their business nor given water because they were barely able to hold it in when I picked them up and were extremely thirsty when I brought them home. I felt really bad that they were so stressed - they are usually good with their spa days.

"Hi- Thank you for the review on Angie's List. We appreciate all feedback to continue learning and growing at our business. I did want to let you know that all of the dogs in our care get potty breaks. We have a fenced in area in the rear where they can do their biz, and everyone gets a chance before they get finished. In terms of time at the shop, the bulldog could be a faster, but a Great Pyrenees does take some time, and we do the dogs in stages, first being prepped, then bathed, then blown dry by hand, and then finished. Admittedly, it does take us longer, but the attention to the care of the dogs is optimal. We do have a grromand play program, where your babies can actually play freely in a supervised area, with both indoor and outdoor space if you would like that option as well. Your dogs were awesome, and I really enjoyed caring for them. I hope you come back and see us again. Missi"

The dogs are trimmed depending on the season. They are bathed and their nails trimmed they look fabulous. The dogs feel great, too. The come our strutting like they won first prize after they visit the Village Groomer.

The job they did was terrific. Great customer service. They just love dogs of all types. They doted over our Keishund and Pomeranian. Our dogs never looked as good as when we leave the village groomer!
