Steve is great. He's fast and he gives a fair price. He also doesn't try to sell you on something you don't need. He tells you like it is to make sure the job is done in one visit and let's you make your choice. Will definitely hire again.

He has fair prices, very honest, professional and I would highly recommend his services to others. I will be calling him in the very near future to do some plumbing work for me.

He came in and went right to the job and was finished in an hour or so.  He had to make a couple of trips to the main shutoff over two flights of stairs a couple of times.  He cleaned up when he finished and I was very satisfied with him and his workmanship.

He was very good.  First, after he assessed the various issues, for several of them he gave me recommendations of things I could do myself that wouldn't need his expertise (i.e., that would save me money).  I really appreciated that.  As far as what he repaired, it seems to be perfect now.  I would definitely use him again.

We always had Steve Giordano do our plumbing work for the 15 years we lived in Roslindale.  He was responsive, did good work, and cleaned up afterwards.  His prices seemed reasonable.

Steve is absolutely wonderful.  He is incredibly technical, responsible, and responsive.  When you have questions, he is happy to answer them and in the process you learn something, it's not just a "yes or no"....he helped us learn how things work, etc....which is great for someone like myself who doesn't know much, if anything, about plumbing and heating.
We are using him for our bathroom remodel and all future work on our house.  He is our most trusted contractor and he was referred to us and we refer him to everyone....although it probably means we can't keep him as a great local secret.
Steve is very puctual, his quotes are fair - he is not inexpensive but he is not over priced - and too often if you look to save money by picking the cheapest, you miss the quality of work you would get from Steve.  He has great pride in workmanship and his services reflect that.  He will also make every effort when you call on simple stuff, to help over the phone if he thinks you may be able to solve something easily.....it's like having a really awesome plumber in the family!

Steve had the lowest price by far from the other companies I requested a quote from.  He emailed me tips about buying a toilet that fit properly and had very thorough emails.  He showed up on time, completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and charged me the price he quoted
