"After looking at the project and discussing with the customers, we were able to come up with a plan to repair grout in 2 showers. I enjoyed working with [Member Name Removed] and [Member Name Removed], and would be happy to work with them in the future."
"Thank you. It was a fun job!"
"I have done multiple jobs for this customer. He is very nice."
He wants to understand everything you need done and he wants to make sure that you have everything that is needed before he comes to make sure to use his time well. He charges extra for parts he supplies.
"I have been hired to perform multiple projects and currently looking at repairing bathroom items."
"Customer house had serious structural damage caused by water infiltration over a period of years. After exposing the damage, I proposed a solution for correct repairs. Plan was executed properly. I would definitely perform services in the future for this customer."

"I had a major issue with my business communications.I was unable to get phone calls from{member name removed} and other customers. Once it was resolved, I did not contact {member name removed}, but never heard back from her. This was an unfortunate situation for all parties."
"This was a straight forward repair. No issues came up during the repair. I would continue to work with {member name removed}. During the time I was contacted and work performed, we had record amount of snow, causing all sorts of delays and emergencies every where. I was involved in emergency situations which effected my scheduling."
"The customer had some challenging situations with faucet shut off valves in the basement with poor access. In the event of an emergency where fast response is required, the valves could not be closed. Existing valves were removed, relocated and identified for easy access. I enjoyed working for this customer, and we shared knowledge and experiences."
"[Member name removed] is a great customer. Prior to the work start, we discussed at length the items which needed attention because of that, I was able to bring the appropriate tools and materials with me. This was important as the property is located in a multilevel building in downtown Boston. The plan was very successful including parking. Working in a crowed city always has additional concerns, we eliminated many of them. I am planning to work with her again."
"I was glad to work with [member name removed]. I helped her out with some issues she had with her builder that were unresolved for some time. I also provided assistance with basement water flooding issues for no charge."
"This was a challenging project. It comprised of removing 2 older front entry doors and replacing new ones. Everything about this job took a lot attention to detail. The house had vinyl siding install at some point. The exterior siding had to be removed and replaced after installation, old doors removed, floors need structural reinforcement, new hardwood flooring around sill. City of newton inspector commented on quality of workmanship during final inspection and permit closure. I would definitely work for this customer again in the future."
"I enjoyed working for this customer. She was very polite and helpful resolving issue. After I removed the rotted wood, i discovered that the access panel was a facade and it was concrete. Then came up with a new plan to clean up the concrete, apply stucco for texture, and paint with water proof cement paint."
"I am very pleased that you like my work. It was really a pleasure and a challenge repairing some of these issues. Thank you - Howie"
"This was the first time I provided services for [member name removed]. From a contractors point of view, [member name removed] was a joy to work for. [member name removed] had some questions concerning his current exhaust configuration and performance. He and I discussed it at length with multiple scenarios. We selected the most efficient system. I would definitely work with [member name removed] in the future,"
