David, the Technician, performed the regular maintenance on my system yesterday. It was okay, however, he did not replace the filter which has always been done during a maintenance visit. When the follow-up lady called today I mentioned it to her and she said it is probably because it didn't need to be done. I would have liked David to explain that to me. Now I have no way of knowing if that is why he did not change the filter. Otherwise, everything was good. I guess I should have read the items he said he performed before left, I read it later in the evening.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the system which was installed. Rodney who installed the system was excellent. He clearly explained what he was to do and answered any and all questions we asked. He told us that the water would be clear after a couple of days however to our pleasure it was clear right away. Can't ask for any more than that. The person who presented the information to us, Cory did not push or preasure. He was knowledgeable about the system and recommended which would meet our needs which was right on target. We highly recommend Premier Water Systems. And again thank you to Rodney and Cory for their expertise.

Great customer service from Jenna at Premier in Walpole, MA. Louis the technician came to replace control head. He promptly followed up the next day to resolve another issue. Jenna worked with manufacturer to cover the part that was under warranty and I got refund for part a couple months later. Thank you and I recommend this system and team.

I had them do a routine maintenance as per the manual. They came, spent 15 minutes and said everything was fine. They charged $300.00! That's $1200.00 per hour!!! What a shameful way to run a business. Will NEVER use them again.

Louis was professional and yet kind. He took the time to ask if I had any questions and then waited for a response. When I answered that I did not have any, he continued providing me usual and imperative information about how I should be handling the salt. It had never been explained to us in that manner!! It was a learning experience and after two years of having this system. He was wonderful. Later on when I could not find how to get to the point of writing a review; Jamie called me and did all the steps with me online so I could get to this screen. Nothing but SCAMMERS! The first issue was the initial installer put the system in backwards thus it never worked. Then the water re generator tank cracks and they have the nerve to charge a service fee! Then the system head cracks and won't stop re generating thus causing my well pump to overload. Did I mention I've only had this system for less than 3 years! STAY THE **** AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Very poor at first. Sales agent measured PH wrong and the wrong tanks were installed. Took me two weeks to convince them there was a problem. When they came back out they realized that PH had been measured wrong. Another week for new tanks. Never came back to test again plumber was awesome.

The pre-sales test is rather convincing, but the service and professionalism once you sign is awful. First, the Kinetico system is way too expensive. If you get it, know that the parts are expensive and can only be received through few vendors. We had over 10+ technicians back to our house to fix the plumbing that wasn't done well (cracked our house siding, plumbing all over the place), and it took over 6 months to figure out why we were still getting iron. On top of that, their management called me "kid" and was not professional. Our system finally works for iron, but now our pH coming from our raw water is 7.5 and when it leaves the softener, it's 6.5. That shouldn't happen and no idea what's in the softener that would be causing that. All in all, please go with another vendor!

It was excellent! Their mannerism when they came out to talk to us stood out about them. They were down to earth, they showed us everything about the water, and educated us. I always think that the price could be a little bit better. He did bring down the price as I was talking to him longer and longer. We were trying to decide whether we wanted and he was able to drop the price so obviously there's room. Their responsiveness is pretty good.

There was no charge because it was a follow up call on a previous thing that we had done. They were fine. I would say they had excellent customer service. The quality and professionalism are very good. I would absolutely use them again.

The cost was a little high but the service was terrific. They came on site and they provided a quote in a timely manner. They provided technical materials about the system for us to research. The person who came to do the installation was on time. He did an excellent job and he was very courteous. He was very professional technically, knew his stuff, and was able to answer all of our questions. He did a great job and didn't leave a mess behind at all. It was a very professional installation.

Their work has been good, my only issue is just some stuff that's going on the actual systems but when I call them, they've been responsive. They were pretty consistent with the reviews I saw, they were good, responsible, expensive and they were knowledgeable in water issues, we've had a lot of water issues like stuff in the water.

"Sorry you received a system checkup when you felt you had not wanted one. All appointments are set with the understanding that the day and time are good for the client. Every client is called the day before to confirm that the day and time is still good for them. If they do not answer the phone a message is left with the phone number to call to either reschedule or cancel. When the technician is leaving their previous call they call their next client to inform them of their expected arrival time to confirm the time still works for them. The $249 is a charge that covers the technicians time, education, truck, gas, insurance. It also covers the three people in the office that answer the phones and the two in the shop that support the technicians on the road by getting their required supplies, parts and equipment ready so they can go on the road to service our 13,900 clients. If a client disconnected their system and brought it to our office, the cost would be about $50. Our prices are competitive with other service industry companies. A little less then some and a little more then others. Your water system works more then any other appliance in you home. Every time you need water for anything in your home your water system is working. W If you service you system every two years that is only $0.35 per day or every year at $0.70 per day. To put that in perspective, one 12 ounce bottle of water costs about $1.49. If you took advantage of the option of paying over 3 months that would be only $83 per month or about $2.77 per day for 90 days. Thanks"

Service person came out and and accused us trying to pull a fast one with defective cartridge. Service person did not have replacement cartridge and had to return at later date. I called company to complain about professionalism of service tech, they apologized and said it would be no problem to replace defective cartridge. The following week same service tech came out to replace cartridge and started complaining to my wife about why would complain about him. After several snide remarks my wife threw him out of the house. It cost us $800 for this service it could have been at least remark free. Now the problem is that they are the only ones in the area authorized to service the Kinetico. System and we are experiencing issues with the system. All other water people, plumbers included, would live to help us but Kinetico will not sell them them parts needed to fix system. The Kinetico main office will also not help and keeps telling us to call Premiere Water even though we told them the issue. I will tear this very expensive system out first before I would allow Premier back into my house. Bottom line, the system's initial cost is more expensive than others and you are locked into using them and their pricey yearly maintenance, this doesn't even include the attitude that goes with it.

"Sorry you had a bad experience with one of our technicians. That being said, you are free to allow anyone or any company service your Kinetico System without any fear of jeopardizing your 10 year warranty. Although it is true we do not sell parts to plumbers or other water companies, if a part is needed we will always sell the part to the owner of the system and they can have others install it. In most cases, if the system is 10 years old or less the part will be covered by Kinetico's warranty and be supplied at no charge once the defective part is returned."

The presentation was very smooth but they danced around some very important questions that I had. The salesman also would not provide us with their license number. In a later conversation he stated they do not need a business license because they hire outside contractors who are licensed to complete the work.

"We are not contractors so we are not issued a Massachusetts Contractors License. Our installers / Plumbers are all Massachusetts licensed plumbers. Water systems are no different then any other water using appliance. Although most water using appliances come with a 90 day warranty including labor, our warranty includes 120 days of free labor as well as a money back guarantee if the system does not work as advertised. After the first 120 days there is a 10 year, transferable, manufactures, warranty that covers the 100% replacement of any defective parts for ten years from the date of installation. We have been in business over 25 years with 12,800+ clients. I am sorry the above information was not clearly explained and will make sure we do a better job in the future."

Gerry Lovell was an awesome sales dude. I originally had an Atlas water system which for 4 years really didnt do much. Since having the kinetico installed I do not get any sulfur or metalic smells in my water. Even my tub and toilet look cleaner. Kris, the install tech was quick, neat and efficient. I have just had it installed so I will update this in a few months to let everyone know how it is going

The sales person came to our house and made the presentation. No high pressure, very knowledgeable about the product.
We had done our research and knew what to expect as far as the product and cost. We purchased the system and set a date for the
installation. The installer was very prompt and efficient. Upon finishing the installation he review how the system worked and left
the area clean and tidy.
