I was having my roof replaced and they suggested that I address a possible mold problem before they did they work. There was no charge he only came out to asses a situation that he had worked on before.

He came and figured out that even though there wasn't a lot of mold in the wall, it was interaction with the paint. He treated the inside of the walls and the smell went away.
There was no high mold reading in the room. There was just some in one comer. He removed plywood and wallpaper. Boomed and sprayed the room. He did the walls and sealed them. They also painted the walls.
He then sent someone back in October and added new breathable plywood.
