I had high hopes and was willing to pay the relatively higher rate because they were one stop shopping and seemed like they would make our lives easier by taking care of everything for us. But half the things they said they would do in our meetings never happened -- it was like we fell off their radar. Often they didn't respond to emails. They chopped our hydrangeas so much that they never bloomed again, and they "weeded" the entire row of flowers we had transplanted from a late grandparent's garden. After not delivering, they decided WE weren't a good fit and dropped us! I've heard from others that this company isn't what it used to be, and that was our experience as well.
