We had our original home mortgage through a bank almost 20 years ago. Since then, we have refinanced twice: 11/12/03 & 05/23/12. Both times through Gary O'Connell of Mortgage Master. He's always very responsive, timely, and very thorough. Paper works were always completed when he said it would be. And of course each re-finance resulted in substantial savings in monthly payment. I find that his rate is always very competitive; fees were either zero or low cost. I have no reservation whatsoever in recommending Gary. As a matter of fact, I have recommended Gary to our daughter. She refinanced through Gary 3 times. My niece and a colleague have also benefited. If I were to buy another house in the future, Gary would no doubt be the first lender I will contact.
