Excellent work. He's been doing work for me for 40 years. They're very competitively priced and does wonderful work. He goes through everything carefully and is very conscientious.

I woke up on the Presidents' day holiday to find that we had no water in the house. I realized that the water had frozen in the pipes and once the room had warmed up one of the pipes had burst and was leaking. I called Mark DePasquale Plumbing and Heating and left a message. I received a call back in minutes. Mark was incredibly gracious on the phone and apologized that he did not have a truck available to send immediately. They had received 30 calls that day of burst pipes as the temperature had dropped well below zero over night.

I had been given a window when they could arrive and the truck actually showed up about 30 minutes earlier. They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, were thoughtful and polite, and charged a very reasonable price for an emergency service. I was concerned that I would have to go several days without water at the house but instead, it was only hours.

This is my first Angie's list review but I am so impressed with them I will use them every time I have a need and felt that such great service a professionalism should be praised.

I called them this afternoon and within 20 minutes they returned my call and came right out to fix my toilet.  He was very polite and professional while he was in my home.  He replaced the pipe that was the problem and even cleaned up the water around the floor.  After he left, his father, Mark, called me to make sure that I was happy with the service and that everything was working well.  I was very happy with everything and they gave great customer service!

Everything went well. Was not pleased that on two visits left muddy footprints in shower and on bathroom floors on two winter (not muddy) days.

Very pleased - quick and painless. Easy to schedule initial appt. to determine problem in sink area. We wanted to pick out our own new faucet and they directed us to good location/business. Returned promptly the following week to install faucet. Arrived on time, efficient work, courteous worker and responsive and receptive to questions. Pricing seemed fair and we have had zero problems since the work was done.

Great experience. Leak happened overnight, woke up to flooded bathroom. Called them in the am and they responded within 30 min. He came out at the time he said he would and fixed the problem. Very stress free experience.

We are so happy we called Mark and team! As first time homeowners, we are learning as we go but we knew from our inspection during the buying process that the washer hookups were due to be replaced, and that the previous owners had and quot;creativelyand quot; hooked up the drain hose for their washer. With a beautiful brand new washer/dryer set from my in-laws, we wanted to make sure we had everything hooked up correctly. Our washer and dryer were delivered Friday morning and we left a message for Mark and team based on the reviews from here and wanting to find someone local to become our and quot;go toand quot; plumber. Received a call back shortly after saying they would be there in 45 minutes! We hurried to clear out the laundry area from things left by the previous owner but, before we were finished, my husband had to head to work. Was a bit worried as our washer was still sitting in the cardboard box when the nice gentleman (Zach?) and his apprentice/assistant showed up. I was about to get to work unpacking the washer but they assured me they would take care of everything. They quickly assessed the piping/area, installed new washer hookups, unboxed and unpacked the washer, installed a new trap, closed off the old open pipe the previous owners had illegally hooked their drain pipe into, and even leveled out the washer adjusting the bottom feet to ensure it was ready to go. About 35-40 minutes and we were in business. I couldn't believe it - I thought it would be a few days until we were using our new machines but they left, I hooked the dryer up, and I was doing our first load of wash an hour later. After they were done they even offered to clean up the boxes, etc. but I told them would take care of it all. Cleaned up everything and we couldn't be happier. Such a great team and we will DEFINITELY be calling them again for any plumbing needs.

The serviceman arrived when he said he would. He removed the old core and cover and put in a new cover and core. He appeared very competent. He then replaced the valve assembly for the water supply to my toilet, something I asked him to do when he was there. He filled the heating system with water, checked for leaks and did the initial purge on the system. I told him that I could finish the purge process, which I did when he left.
(I can't evaluate the price above because I did not get estimates from others, but I believe it was good.)

It went very well. They came when they said they would, were tidy, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend!

I love him and he was great. He was just so quick in his response. I had him probably about a month and half an ago to another property that I deal with. I have used him probably several times since then. While he was there, he looked at other sinks. He was prompt. He was professional and any of the people he had sent were professional. They explained what needs to be done. The big thing was there promptness, which was very important. He will send me the bill which will be couple of hundred for what I needed to have done. They did leave every place clean and tidy. There were willing to come out when I needed them. They were just a good company. It was hard to find out someone I could really depend on like that particularly a plumber who I would be using more frequently than somebody who replaces a roof. I'm trying to manage couple of sites so I needed to have somebody that I could call when required.

They were responsive, quick and professional. They have done other work (mostly small jobs < $500) over the years and each time they have shown up on time, looked at the issues, provieded me with an estimate, fixed the problem and were generally close to the projected cost. I do not call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

He came promptly and did the work. I've used Mark in the past and he responds very quickly and does the work correctly. I had a burst pipe in the beginning of March in a ceiling and his guys came out within minutes, found the leak and repaired it. Good Work!

It was a real good experience. They quality is real good. The price was good. The plumbing works. They were quick and prompt. I haven't had a problem since they were here. He was professional.

He was busy when our pipes burst. He subcontracted to another guy. The guy was alright but we had more trouble after he left. He didn't do a complete job. We called the second time we had trouble. He was still busy and sent out the same guy. When he was done, my husband told him to do another check to make sure everything was ok. There was another problem when he looked. When my husband call again, he told them that he didn't want that same guy. He wanted Mark. He and his father are coming on Wednesday. We like him because he is a local guy. He always comes on time.
