NEVER GAVE AN EXACT TIME THEY WOULD ARRIVE...SEEMED TO ALWAYS SHOW LATER THAN OTHERS WORKING ON HOUSE...NOT TOO FRIENDLY...WAS WALKING AWAY AS I WAS TALKING TO HIM...I WAS HOME WHEN THEY WERE WORKING AND THEY NEVER TOLD ME THEY WERE DONE OR LET ME KNOW THEY WERE LEAVING...CEILING DUCT WORK WAS ACCIDENTALLY COVERED OVER WITH WALLBOARD..DID NOT LET ME KNOW..I DISCOVERED AND HAD IT CUT THROUGH THE DAY AFTER AND WAS TOLD THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME A CALL AND LET ME KNOW WHEN THE VENT COULD BE INSTALLED..STILL WAITING FOR PHONE CALL...
