JAMES EGAN LAND DESIGN ASSOCIATES

The Land Design crew (three men) transformed an ugly, unusable slope into a beautiful, functional space. The foreman, Sal Dervishi, a master stonemason, created gorgeous retaining walls and a gorgeous patio, constructed strong, solid stairs with granite treads, and erected attractive cedar fencing. Sal also provided meaningful design input, enhancing the original design work. The project was supervised by Anthony (Tony) Francesshelli, who handled all aspects with great professionalism and skill, and was a delight to work with—patient, understanding, accommodating, and always upbeat. In all, the project turned out to be a great success.

Jim's company was there when he said they would be. The work was done efficiently, completed much sooner than I could have imagined.

Very professional to work with, knew exactly what needed to be done. Work was scheduled several weeks out but once started, they were there just about every day until done. His staff had the tools and skills to do everything that needed to be done, including fencing, masonry, and irrigation. This is probably different than other landscapers who would use subcontractors or refer you elsewhere for these services. In any case, the end result just looks like a professionally landscaped yard is supposed to.
