Wood Flooring - Refinish
Don and his team did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. Everything was completed quickly and on time—by the time we came back, the floors were fully usable, and we could move the furniture back in right away. A couple of small imperfections from the initial finish didn’t go away, and he took the time to actually replace those parts of the wood. That level of care and attention really impressed me. Highly recommend!

Don and his crew were excellentto work with! He was easy to schedule an appointment with and gave us a reasonable estimate promptly. They always showed up when they said they would and really made an effort to keep the area clean throughout. We are very happy with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent job - all the floors look good, very dependable in terms of quality and estimated task times. The were punctual and arrived when they said they would and left approximately per their estimate. One more room to go and I'm very happy with the job so far I would highly recommend them given the quality of the work and the price.

Excellent! I called and left a voicemail. Heard back from Kevin later that day to set up a meeting to get an estimate. He explained the process and advised me on the options. His estimate was very reasonable. We set up a day and time for the work. Kevin and a helper showed up on time and immediately proceeded to work. I left the house and less than 4 hours later he called me to let me know the job was completed. My inspection of his work showed he had been very thorough yet careful. Absolutely no marking on any trim boards around the perimeter of the rooms, yet he was able to sand to the edge. Very good work! Very happy!

We had a great experience working with Kevin at Don's Floor Specialist. Kevin was very responsive from day one. He came out and took a look and gave us a bid the same day, and the explained what was included in his work. Kevin and his crew were punctual, and the most efficient people I have ever seen. Their workmanship and quality was great as he transformed our floors and made them Look AMAZING. Kevin and his crew are very detailed oriented and take great pride in their work! I have been recommending him to all my friends and coworkers and definitely recommend that you hire him too!

Kevin was prompt, courteous and easy to work with. He thoroughly explained the process and answered all the questions I had. After receiving quotes from other companies, his company stood out among them. He was able to address issues that the other companies were very vague about. They were very efficient and I had virtually no clean up after. The cost to do 400 square feet was a very fair price and I would definitely hire him again.

Exceptional in every way. Paid a few hundred dollars more than estimates from other sources, but worth every penny. Final product is great. No detectible imperfections and, remarkably, virtually no clean up required by us. Most impressive is this company's business practices. Everything on time and well communicated through email. Have never interacted with another floor refinishing business that performs at this level. If an A+ plus review were allowable, I would give it!
