Crystal Cleaning from Walpole did a fabulous job cleaning our windows.  Two men arrived right on time and they were very quiet and courteous.  They did a wonderful job cleaning all the windows in our home.

Didn't come on the date and time that was planned but he did call me at the end of the day to apologize. His previous job ran late. He did come at the end of the day but since the job was going to take 2-3 hours, he agreed to come back first thing in the morning...which he did. They worked right away and got the job done. No problems.

Chris is a really nice guy. Not only did he remove the stains but he also left me with a bottle of stain remover should such a thing ever happen again. I would recommend him to friends.

They have a very reasonable quote, very professional, they did exactly what they said and more, and no hidden costs. The owner of the company showed up on the job site to check on the men to make sure that they were doing the job and that I was satisfied. It was a very good company and very competitive pricing.

They did a good job. They gave a good estimate on the phone.

Jim had given me a quote last year but due to other work I was having done last Fall we had to postpone due to the cold weather. I got back in touch with him and the quote remained the same.

His team started in the morning and went right to work - quietly. They were very methodical, didn't rush through their work - slow and steady. The end result was windows that literally sparkle!

I am totally amazed at the change - never realized how dirty they were - thought I had been doing a reasonable job keeping them clean but obviously outside sprays with cleaners and such just aren't as good as someone who can get up on a ladder (a really tall ladder) and put some elbow grease into it.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Jim and his crew are awesome...the floor tiles shine like never before... He also does interior and exterior painting and other handyman chores.
