Great experience overall.

Mike spent a good amount of time ensuring the older equipment was worth using before considering an install, and then completed the install work within his quoted time of 3 hours. Service cost came in under his original quote, and he was always professional (both on the phone and at the shop). Finished work is clean and professional, and everything sounds fantastic!

Would absolutely use again if needed!

I had purchased a Ford SVT Racing front light bar with 4 KC racing lights I saw on a racing truck and liked the look.
My regular mechanic was uncomfortable with all of the complex wiring, he suggested I contact Mike at Audiomax and I'm glad I did.
He was booked for two weeks ahead, but asked if I was flexible if he had any cancellations and I said yes! Two days later he called my cell phone when someone couldn't come and I was there in a flash.
I noticed he did other custom work, like rear view cameras, hidden radar, audio systems and safety strobes. I inquired about having strobes custom wired in my existing headlights and he was all over it! I had him add flashing strobes too.
My truck is awesome and I have not seen another like it on the road.

I've wanted to have the stereo in my 2006 Ford Escape modified for iPod/iPhone integration for years, but after researching products on the web I realized I couldn't do it myself, but didn't know where to find someone that specialized in it. I found Audiomax through Angie's List and, since it was the closest location that advertised the service, I called to get more information about what my options were. The owner spoke to me at length on the first phone call and spelled out the alternatives, from the low cost options up. He was very knowledgeable about the available products, and spent a good deal of time on that first call explaining them to me. And there was no pressure at all. He was doing more explaining than selling. One of his suggestions turned out to be better (and cheaper) than the product I had found in my own web search, so I decided to go with it.
The installation went faster than I thought it would. In fact I had planned to drop the truck off and return when it was ready, but my ride was late, so by the time my ride got there the work was done. The price was for the sound system and labor were just what he quoted on the first call. The owner was also very friendly and took me through a demonstration of the system for about 20 minutes. And as I was leaving he encouraged me to call back anytime I had a question, and he meant it.I would definitely recommend Audiomax for any work, and if/when I get rid of my Escape I'll probably have them take the new system out and put the original factory CD player/receiver back in.

He is a tremendous person, he is knowledgeable, efficient, and I couldn't say enough about him.
