COMPANY CAME, AND PERFORMED THE WORK EVEN THOUGH I EXPLICITLY TOLD THE OFFICE PERSON I NEEDED TO BE CALLED BEFORE THE CREW CAME. ALSO HAD TO BE ON THE PREMISES WHEN THE WORK WAS BEING DONE BECAUSE OF AN AGGRESSIVE DOG THAT I HAVE. COMPANY DOES NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!

AWESOME COMPANY! RESPONDED QUICKLY, CREW WAS EFFICIENT AND CLEAN. THEY WERE CAREFUL WHEN WORKING NEAR GARDENS/SHRUBBERY. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. HEIGHTS DID NOT AFFECT THEIR WORK.
