I was very impressed with their knowledge, technical solution and the ultimate installation that they performed.

The quality of work and customer service were top-notch. No surprises. Tested it out during a heavy rain and basement remained dry! Explained everything that was going to take place so I could understand and no pressure to do anything. Let me decide how I wanted to get the work done and what I wanted to get done.

Do not hire them. Unreliable.

I had 37 feet of track installed under my unfinished concrete basement floor as well as a new sump pump basin. The two workers that came to do the job seemed to know what they were doing as far as digging and installation the aqua track. However, it was agreed that they would use my exiting pump, their proprietary pump, and do a double breakthrough to the outside of the house. They only connected my two pumps in series and drilled a single breakthrough to the outside. Did not install parts they said they would such as their proprietary **Freeze Stops**. They did not install check valves so water did not stay evacuated from the basin and the pumps were running near constantly. I attempted to call the production team 5 separate times leaving messages each time with a person saying I would receive a callback but never did. I guess that everyone at the company is your friend until they take your 5000$ they really do not give a c**** about you afterward. Be very careful about who you hire.

Contacted company on line and they called me back within 10 minutes. Asked several questions about issue I was having and set up an appointment to have someone assess the problem at no charge within the week. Issue clearly identified and suggested remedy explained in detail. Hired company to do job. The two men who did the job were very knowledgeable, professional and followed Covid guidelines while at my home. They also took precautions to keep my home clean and protected from dust and debris before and after job was done. Very pleased with the work that was done and definitely would recommend.

Recently had annual maintenance performed on our basement sump pump system . Louie our tech was courteous, on time and tidy. Would highly recommend this company if you have a basement water problem. We've had our system for at least 15 years and never a drop of water in basement!

I was always hesitant to write this review about Busydog Technology because I just wanted to forget about the bad experience with getting the contract terms discussed in person translated into the actual contract. However I received robot calls from Busydog a year after the basement waterproofing job was done reminding me that in order to keep my warrantee, someone has to come out, look at it and perhaps do maintenance on the work which means more money on my part. So far they have not returned my call nor have I received an email asking for the warrantee information and any maintenance of their work to make sure I am still complying with the warrantee. The Busydog representative who came out to my house described what was to be done but not all the action items described in person appeared in the contract. It seemed to me that when I asked management to include and be specific about promised action items, the price escalated. I felt like I was being nickeled and dimed to death and was not happy with the experience, not that they did a bad job or anything. My warning to any potential customer is to leave yourself with enough time to get the quotes with all variables defined and in the actual contract before making a decision. I made my decision in November 2019 and there wasnâ t enough time to change my mind since the weather was getting cold and the window for digging outside was getting smaller.

After several tries to have a drain installed in our driveway, I was connected to Busy Dog via Home Advisor. I didn't realize they did that kind of work. The job was scheduled and completed in a very short period of time, after the estimate approved. The crew were pleasant and extremely hard working. And they took their time cleaning up at the end of the day. I am extremely pleased with the service I received.

Danny arrived today as scheduled to perform our annual maintenance. He was very professional, neat and informative about our system. I will definitely use them again 5 stars.

Very good job explained every step of the project. A job well done.

They came and quoted me and took a deposit. The technician drilled holes in the foundation and realized they needed to do a different kind of repair. It has been three weeks of me hounding them for an estimate and to schedule the new job. Still have not gotten an answer after dozens of calls on my part and no follow up in theirs.
