Anthony came to my home to service my system. He was efficient and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated his taking time to explain what he was doing as well as why it would resolve my problem.

Had my annual service today , Anthony arrived on time. He also explained everything in detail to me. I am very happy that Busy Dog takes care of my system.

The annual maintencs/check-up of my basement system was done on July 17th. Anthony, the technician who provided the service, did an excellent job. He was polite, friendly, neat, very professional. I look forward to him servicing my system next year.

The tech Corey C was very polite and informative. I have been working with this company for many years. I highly recommend this water proofing company. I have our pump checked each year for any unseen problems. I recommend to people to have this done. Tewksbury resident. .

Their service man Archie performed his annual service work in excellent fashion. That explains why I always request his services.

For the cost of the service, I expected better quality of the finished product. The install team worked long and hard. They did their job. The problem I have is that in covering the dirt crawlspace,, they did not suggest a dehumidifier. So, the cover is doing its job, keeping the moisture under the cover, but there is much condensation on the pipes and ceiling. This created a second problem. The emergency water shut off sensor was inadvertently covered by the instaers, thereby shutting off the water to the house. When I contacted the company I received the comment that they were not responsible for doing so. There were of no help. There are three boxes clearly marked as a water shut off with two obvious sensors coming from two. Yes, it was not intentional, but it left me to solve the problem. Had I been offered a solution, I would have given this company a better rating. An apology would have been nice, for starters. Someone to assist a senior member of society would also have been nice. Lastly, a follow-up phone call should have occurred.

I had an annual service visit for my sump pump. Archie was one of the best techs they have sent. Hope to have him back next year.

They tell you one thing and dont complete the work. I have an old stone foundation and needed one wall re-pointed. I agreed to the work and was hit with another $1,000 for them to dig down three feet which I thought was part of the original estimate. Once the work was completed, I noticed that that the mason did not repoint certain parts of the interior wall because he could not reach the area. They did not clean up after themselves, leaving my basement a mess. The exterior part of the one wall I paid extra for, they did not dig down the three feet in certain parts. I will never hire them or recommend. I wish I could post pictures.
