VR MODERN COLLISION CTR

While we were shopping, our parking car was hit in a mall parking lot (assumedly by the car alongside, pulling out of its spot poorly). The damage to our car was a broken tail-light, scratched bumper and side panel. Co-owner Alex B. handled it all. He even offered to come to our house to pick up the car, so we wouldn't have to worry about getting the car to the shop during our workday morning. He worked directly with the insurance company, helped us obtain a rental car, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He kept us informed on status of the car, and finished the repairs sooner than we expected.
When we picked up the car, we met with the other co-owner, Alex G. Again, all of our questions were answered easily. We were so happy with the repair job -- excellent quality work. In addition, they performed a complimentary wash of the car as well (much appreciated amidst the winter weather). We drove away feeling like we had a brand new car, and we have Modern Collision Center to thank.
If you have a need for auto body repair, we very highly recommend this shop. Their quality of work is impressive, and their high level of customer service is refreshing.
