The installer arrived on time and was very helpful, and stayed later even though it was a Friday to be sure everything was set-up correctly. The installer was great. The service works well, although it goes down about once every other month and I need to de-power the main FIOS box and reboot. Comcast went down about once a year. When I reboot, it comes right up. I can't say for certain it's the FIOS box, it could be something in the router on my end. Verizon sometimes offer deals online when I log it, but when I try to take advantage of it (e.g., $5 upgrade in speed for one year) it never works, and I call up Verizon on the phone and they say, "oh, this special won't work for you because you don't have triple play", or something similar.

When they installed the services, an excellent technician came in and provided all the services. He did it in a very timely manner. He was on time as promised. I actually run two businesses out of the house, both of which are connected to their services. They provide very good service.

I liked Verizon. I've been with them for like 4-5 years. It was just very fast and they never had a single problem with cable.

.I am very happy with them. They have been consistently proving the best service of other providers. A lot fewer dropped calls. One time I was having trouble with the phone I just took it to the store and they took care of it.

We have had the service, and we decided to go with the bundle because it was the best deal at the time. I don't have any problems with them. Almost everybody's price was lower.

Easy. This is the second time I've had to call in two months. The first time, there was crackling on my line so bad that I couldn't even hear conversation. The line was repaired but I was advised that since so many of the cables are old the problem might arise again. This time, I report the problem at the first sound of crackling because I knew it would get worse. Verizon responded incredibly fast. My line was repaired in less than 24 hours. Best of all, I didn't have to be home. I did everything on the internet and didn't have to wait to speak to anyone.
