The sales process was very quick. Zach came to our home, showed us the different options and provided us pricing on the spot. There was a little pressure to sign up that day in the form of an extended warranty. Zach did mention that under Mass law we had the ability to cancel within 3 days with no cost to us so that made us more comfortable. The awning was shipped directly to our home due to the size. Zach met the delivery truck and made sure it was put in the correct place. They came back and installed it a couple days later and everything went well. We love our new awning.
