Dave's work was awesome. He helped us select the products to use and gave excellent guidance. He was here promptly throughout the project, worked diligently and always cleaned up the yard before leaving. Dave was a pleasure to work with. His recommendations for size, design, and color were the best and he worked collaboratively with the town inspector to ensure everything went smoothly. There were no surprises and he stayed on time, on track and on budget. Can't wait to have an opportunity to work with him again.

A serious black mold problem had resulted in having to to strip the entire rear wall of one bedroom in our condo. Dave Sexton returned my call and came for an estimate in a timely manner. He was very professional and clearly explaned what he would do. He was also straigt forward in explaining that it would be 3 1/2 weeks before he could get the job. He got an estimate back to the next day. He called me when he said he would to confirm the starting date and should with his crew on time. He had separate crews the insulation, green boardand plastering, carpentry (Dave did this) and painting. Each cleaned up after themselves and Dave called to check on the days he wasn't there to check on the work done. I was very satisfied and would use Sexbuilders again.

They were very responsive and took time to listen to what we wanted. Other contractors just wanted to build a prefab type of enclosed deck/porch. Sexton was very neat. When they could not come and work they made sure to let me know. The quality and workmanship was very good.

Dave came over to the house, made some measurements and we talked about what we wanted. He had asked us to pull some magazine shots and color samples for the look we were going for. He had several good vendors for cabinets and we narrowed it down based on pricing. He helped us bump up the look of our trim by doing some beautiful crown moulding and trimwork to give everything a custom look. He and his assistant were very focused during their working hours and left the area cleaned up every day. Dave was in the Marines and you can tell from his work ethic. If you are looking for an excellent and creative craftsmen who takes pride in his work and does things right then you will be glad you called him.
