MAPLEWOOD ELECTRIC

They were horrible. They sent out someone to fix a generator and he told me that it needed a new battery and then he went out and got the battery and he put it in. He did some other service to it; I'm not exactly sure what. I think that the first guy came in a truck. Then all of a sudden, one day, the owner's son showed up in a regular car and it didn't have any kind of identification or anything like that. I said that, what are you here for and I can't remember what he told me for what he was here for and then I said well I didn't call you guys for anything. I said I hope you're not charging me for this visit. He called his dad and he did it on a two way radio so I could hear what he said, and he said something like, the lady said she doesn't want to be charged for the visit, and he said well I'd like to charge her for the visit and I said, I hope you're not going to charge for the visit, I never even called you to come out here; I don't know what you're here for. It was like the weirdest thing. Then in the end, they ever even charged me for anything. They never sent me a bill; nothing and I think it was because they were kind of scamming me. I would pay a bill if it showed up, but nothing ever showed up. It was just a totally weird interaction.

The work was outstanding and Mike was very pleasant and easy to work with. We had a bit of a laundry list of things to get done and he got through everything in one day. We're very happy with his work.

The project went perfectly. There was a problem with the hot tub heater not working quite right, and Mike called the manufacturer to talk it through. There was something unique to our electrical box that was not covered in the standard manufacturer's instructions, and he was patient and thorough, and saw it through. He is meticulous about his work, leveling all the pendant lights so that they were perfectly aligned, and the ceiling cans are seamless. He is always pleasant and on time, and does top notch work.
