Excellent job by Greg and his guys replacing Front Steps, walkway & drywell! Everything came out great! Job started when Greg said it would, and they worked straight through the week until it was completed. Knew Greg was the guy for the job on the day I interviewed him to get an estimate! Greg came exactly as promised and did a great job. He was right on time, worked neatly, and was forthcoming with advice on the best way to do it.

Greg and Billy did an excellent job on both steps and the walkway. They were on time every day and got the job done right the first time. Greg helped us make our vision for how the steps should look come to fruition and dropped off samples prior to even starting the job to make sure we got what we wanted. He made sure we were updated on the daily progress and checked in frequently to make sure we liked how it was coming out. After the job was done Greg even left us a pumpkin on the landing which my wife loved. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

These guys did a great job. This was kind of a tricky job because they had to duplicate the side that had not been damaged and it made it more difficulty because at the bottom of the steps instead of the siding ending square - the bottom ended curved (which called for a lot of measurements and brick cutting - the steps are red brick). My main concern was that each side of the steps would have different colored bricks, since the undamaged had old worn bricks. But they did a great job and power washed the old bricks and regrouted them and you can't tell the difference between the old side and the new side. They washed down and cleaned the front each day and at the end of the job, they did a thorough cleaning of the area. They did a great job, easy guys to work with and I am completely satisfied.

This fall, we chose Greg and his team to rebuild our front stairs and repair our retaining walls. The cost of the job was higher than we expected, but we really had no idea what to expect for price in the area of masonry. In any case, after meeting with Greg, there was no doubt that we would choose M-Fal Masonry to do the job. Greg was personable, made great suggestions, and was considerate of our wants and needs when discussing the project. His proposal was well-written and thorough. He was available for communication and responded to our emails promptly. Throughout the project, Greg made recommendations and adjustments as needed so that he could do the best job possible and stay within our budget. He went out of his way to make sure the stone he planned on using was a good match to what we already had and that it was to our liking. It was clear that Greg and his masons cared about the job they were doing. The guys were here bright and early, six days a week until the job was completed. When they were not 100% satisfied with proposed repair of cracks in the cap of our retaining wall, they replaced the whole cap instead at no extra charge. They worked with care and were clearly invested in getting things done right. When the masonry was finished, they cleaned up well, laying down sod and providing grass seed to fix any lawn areas that were affected. The rebuilt stairs and repaired walls turned out beautifully, and I think Greg would have accepted no less! He stands behind his work and his reputation and cares that the customer is satisfied.
