+ -1 moreIt went very smoothly. They gave a price and it was what they had said it would be. They were always professional. They cleaned up well. They were courteous and easy to work with.
Description of Work: He replaced a beam and set some windows in a termite ridden wall. He rebuilt a stair. He did some gutter and facial work.

+ -1 moreI have used this general contractor for other jobs in the past. As always, the workmanship was very good. The cost was in line with the average price. They have a high level of professionalism and I would recommend them.
Description of Work: I called them to remove a 12' wall between the dining room and the kitchen. They put a beam in it's place to carry the weight. The work was completed in 1 week and was done according to plans.
