Jon is a professional.  He was on time for all appointments.  He was amiable, flexible and very easy to work with.  He first came to assess the situation, listened to our needs and concerns, and provided advice on what would work and wouldn't work.  Since Jon has the experience and knowledge about the materials we would need, he offered to purchase them, getting us the best price possible (we already had the TVs).  We wanted all wiring hidden behind the wall, so when he installed the wiring he made as few cuts in the wall as possible so as to limit the amount of repair work needed.   Jon is very thorough and conscientious about his work.  He made sure we were satisfied with the entire job before he left.
