I was satisfied with the job; they were excellent and did a superb job. The owner was very nice and very good. He also did a couple of other things and actually gave me a small refund from the price he quoted me. I had used him once before.

Cliff King's price was very fair, and he was able to begin the project within a short time period. He provided a list of references without being asked to, and all of them had rave reviews. Cliff and his employee did most of the work themselves (demo, framing, painting) and subcontracted for electrical, plumbing, tile, wood flooring, drywall, and plaster. They stayed within the quoted budget (with the exception of a few add-ons we decided to do) and completed the job within the estimated time period (6 weeks). Cliff was very easy to communicate with, and he was receptive to any ideas or changes we had to the project. He and his workers were respectful, personable, and honest. Even when other contractors were here, Cliff usually showed up in the morning to let them in and introduce them - he was present throughout the entire project. The quality of the work was great, and we are thrilled with the result.
