Glass and Mirror Service
Next day service to evaluate a problem with both automatic front windows. They were able to correct the issue with the passenger's window then (which was leaving a gap along the doorpost when closed). The driver's side needed a new regulator/ motor unit that had to be ordered. I was out of there in an hour and only charged $50 for the work. Their repair dept. staff had also addressed all of my concerns with courtesy.
Within the week I heard from their courteous and efficient secretary that the parts had arrived. I was able to go in that same day for an hour and had the driver's window fixed for the estimate they'd given me ($196). I mention the prices separately because another company supposedly "cheaper than JN Phillips" quoted a $160 charge to " take a look, parts and labor extra".
