HOLIDAY TRAVEL OF WAKEFIELD

I've used Suzanne for years for my own vacations - and recommended her to virtually ALL of my local friends and family (I live in Stoneham). She is knowledgeable on most destinations I want to visit, and has lots of contacts in those areas to secure special deals, sold-out dates, or bonus "extras" for my vacations. It is also helpful that not only can I call or email here, but the office is right on Main Street in Waekfield for me to visit if need be. Over the last 20 or so years, we have used her for Mexico, New York City, Hawaii, and several cruises. Using Holiday Travel and Suzanne was the best choice I ever made in investing my vacation dollars.

Anytime I had an appointment with her she always gets us the appointment and provided us a good travel combination.

She always recommended good hotels and we never had a problem.

She provides excellent service to the people. She takes care of things and I have minimal worry because she worked through it all the time.

It was always excellent. She gets everything ready and she did all the necessary computer things for us. We were almost charged the full amount when we were stuck in Aruba but she got us a good deal when she called the hotel, we were the for three nights.

It is always scary booking travel out of New England in January, due to weather concerns. But having the security of knowing Holiday Travel booked our trip, we knew either way everything would be okay. Good news we were able to get out and had an amazing week in Barbados. We have been working with Suzanne since 2018, our first trip with Holiday Travel was for our honeymoon and we look further to future bookings with them.

It was perfect. The hotel was 5 stars. The travel arrangements went as planned and the Agency gave us all the forms and information we needed to travel in and out of Mexico during the pandemic.

It was excellent. Suzanne never disappoints me. planned a trip to the Canadian Rockies. Canada kept putting it off because the border between Canada and the US wasn't opening. This happened 3-4 times. Suzanne Bowering kept me informed each time this happened and made sure my deposit and insurance fees were not settled firmly until the border was opened for good. She spent a lot of her valuable time dealing with my request. Finally, the border is scheduled to open on August 9th but there is a problem. I was scheduled to leave on August 21 but learned that once the border was opened , in order to reenter the United States I would have to have a covid test in Canada first. And if I was found to be positive, I would have to be quarantined in a Calgary hotel for days before being released. I simply cannot afford to be out of the country that long so, reluctantly, much to my regret I had to cancel this trip that I have been looking forward to for months. Suzanne contacted the Rocky Mountaineer and the insurance company and was able to get me a complete refund of both my $2000+ deposit and the $600+ insurance fee because of the circumstances. I always use Suzanne to plan a vacation. Four of us went to Hawaii and we had a lovely time because of the attention to detail and willingness of her to answer all of our questions. Suzanne is a consummate professional and I wouldn't use anybody else to plan a trip. Three of my other friends always book with her because they know everything will be handled in great detail. Wonderful experience working with Holiday Travel. I was suffering from cabin fever and wanted to get away for the holidays. Absolutely wonderful! I've worked with Suzanne for the past 3 years and she's an absolute delight to work with. I am definitely not one known for their organization, so to work with a company that makes traveling seamless was very important to my wife and I. This most recent trip I had an issue with our flight out of Boston (100% my mistake, was late to the airport) and I was able to get on the line with Suzanne to help calm my nerves and come up with a solution. We plan on traveling at least once a year and I will always come back to Holiday Travel, highly recommended!

Fantastic trip, and everything went smooth as glass. All the arrangements -- plane flights, hotels, transfers between hotels & airports, private day tours, helicopter sightseeing flight, etc. etc -- were as we wished for and extremely well done. Suzanne is a pleasure to work with, and not only provided everything we wanted, but a few extra, terrific little surprises along the way! I have used Suzanne at Holiday Travel twice now. She booked airline tickets for my family and extended family back in June. Most recently she planned a trip for me and my daughter to go to Nashville. We just returned from a European Tour to Italy which we booked through Holiday Travel. This is the 3rd trip we have booked through them and once again it was a successful trip! Suzanne at Holiday Travel takes care of EVERYTHING for you, from booking the airfare to the airports transfers and optional tours. She also makes great suggestions on how to get the most out of your vacation. We went on a tour through Globus, she suggested going 1 day ahead of the normal schedule so you can catch up on your jet lag and it gives you extra time to explore on your own. The BEST advice if you are going to Europe, it makes a huge difference. We were well rested and ready to go when the tour started unlike the others who arrived the same day as the start of the tour. She encourages you to take out trip insurance, which is very smart, you never know what could happen. Honestly, I would never attempt to do it on my own when I can have a Professional (who thinks of everything) handle it for me.
