They send a technician out on the first day to assess the damage, gave me a run down on the potential cause of the burnt control board, and provided some rough idea on their plan of action. Came back couple days later, installed the new board, and check out the system before they left.
Dispatch seems a little disorganized and is a bit slow on the callbacks. Sometime had to call back a couple times to check when I should expect the technicians.
Price seems reasonable.
