I rehired these contractors after a previous excellent experience with them. Once again, they completed work on time and within budget, despite encountering several unexpected wiring and structural issues in a 200 year old house whose most recent previous occupant had done much of his own work in ways that did not meet industry standards. In a small house and with projects requiring significant disruption, they were considerate of my needs, minimizing dislocation and in fact completing several portions of the work ahead of ''schedule.'' They are a pleasure to do business with.

All work done within bid price, and completed on time. Much of work was completed before I moved into 200 year old house, and without direct, daily checking on my part. Had worked with this firm in the course of my employment, and chose them for their reliability and honesty. I gave them a key to the property, and they did work as described and promised. One bid item proved not needed; they informed me honestly and recommended that work not be done. Very respectful of my budget, very pleasant to work with.
