The Town of Tewksbury just recently began allowing home owners the privilidge of installing second water meter for outdoor water use. This means not having to pay sewer costs for water use that does not end up in the sewer. So I called around and found Noel. He was prompt and professional and overall did a great job. He did however have to cancel an appointment or two with me during the process as he had other emergencies that came up. Although we agreed to use PEX, he didn't, but honored the cheaper PEX pricing. And because of the typo in the town documentation (typo was due to DPW not Noel) he did again have to come out to replace a connector so I had him also fix a toliet that needed an extension and wax ring. (no problems there)
