I was fortunate to be referred to Gerald (Jed) Barrett after a disappointing experience with another agent. What I appreciate about Jed is that he listens, helps set a realistic plan, and he follows through at every step. I always knew what was happening in the process and Jed persevered in showing and promoting the property. Jed kept the closing process moving while was away on a 2-week vacation and acted in my best behalf. I had no concerns while I was away that it would be fine. Jed is a terrific real estate agent and a genuinely good person. I'm presently working with him again as I downsize to another home.

Excellent, agent did all he said he would do. Very professional and great to work with. He priced the home spot on.
