Excellent! Paid attention to detail. Asked questions that other tilers did not. Provided us detail on product use and how best to install to create a lovely master shower! Bryan will be back to install our kitchen backsplash. We appreciate his efforts and transparency.

Bryan came out to take measurements and give a quote. He said he would install over the existing floor and when I told him I wanted him to remove the existing floor, repair the subfloor if needed and then install the new floor, he said it would cost more money. It seemed strange to me that a contractor would want to install over the existing floor. He also asked me if my stove was gas and I said it was It seemed like a really strange question to ask as it was pretty obvious given the burners. Then without asking permission he decided to move the stove even though it was gas to look at it. I feel that was really inappropriate as he risked causing a gas leak by yanking out the gas stove. I wouldn't recommend him.

Hi [Member Name Removed], It is not a requirement to remove the existing floor you have in your kitchen, in this case linoleum, for the installation of vinyl floating floor. After you told me you wanted the linoleum stripped from your kitchen floor I told you it would cost more since that would require more work. If you thought it was strange for me to install the vinyl floor over the existing flooring in your kitchen you could have asked me that question and I would have clarified that for you. In regards to your stove, I wanted to check the gas line for a shut off valve so I could disconnect the stove myself saving you money from having to hire a plumber. I just moved it enough so I could peak at the gas line I never "yanked it" like you claim. Moving a stove is not going to cause any gas leaks. I would not knowingly put your family in danger. You should think about it before you give professionals bad reviews online. This is my livelihood. Do not hire my company If you disliked me for any reason but to give me a bad review after I went to your house to politely give a free estimate is just frustrating to say the least.

Bryan did an excellent job. He worked around a center island with a patterned tile, leading into a plainer tile and adjacent to a wood floor. He was very precise in his cuts and neat in his work. He was promptly at our home each day and worked constantly. I would definitely work with him again.

Bryan did a wonderful job, and was respectful and helpful to work with. The work turned out beautifully. When he removed the old floor, he found some issues and was thorough and helpful in assessing and addressing the issues. He had to call some colleagues to advise him and then help him with the moving of a floor vent, and with the proper strong support which was required. The colleagues were knowledgable and quickly helpful so work was not delayed. Bryan worked efficiently and kept the mess and disruption to a minimum.
Description of Work: We needed a bathroom floor retiled. We needed the subfloor to be reinforced, and a floor heating register moved.
