They were good and very thorough. They always come out on time during inspections. I have no problem scheduling appointments with them. They were reasonably priced. I was satisfied with their work.

Showed up right on time, took care of the bees nest and has a guarantee on their work. I had tried ahead of time to spray the nest from the inside and outside, but what I did accomplished nothing. Once I saw the gigantic nest that they removed, I am very glad to have called a professional in the end to take care of this bee infestation

They are now saying after ten years of the installation that I need to get new inserts for the termites around the house. I have never had any problems with them. I have also hired them to do treatments for mice and other insects.

So far so good. I used them on a recommendation from a family member so I didn't compare prices with other providers. They come out quarterly to apply exterior treatments and will come inside to treat whatever I ask. I am one of those people who cannot stand bugs in the house, even ants, and they take care of everything for me. I have been extremely pleased with the results of my treatment and consider it well worth the price.

They certainly live up to their guarantee! They were also very flexible with scheduling, especially with weather related situations. I found them to be knowledgable on the subject as well.

I like them because they keep on top of things. If I happen to forget that it's time to renew my contract they are really good to remind me. They are very professional and efficient. I've been happy with them.

I'm not sure when the squirrel got into the house, but I was definitely aware something was wrong when I found some CDs on the floor in the living room. When my husband got home, we went into the living room--and saw the squirrel curled up on the top of a lampshade. Needless to say, we beat a retreat and closed off the room. First thing next morning, I called Best Pest, which has handled things like wasps' nests for us in the past; the person I spoke to explained that they don't deal with squirrels and refer clients to Bay State Pest Control. I called Bay State, and Mark Thomas, with his trained dog Scooter, was at the house within two hours. The squirrel was gone in under ten minutes without any mess.

We got them from Angie's List and the experience went very well. They were prompt and came when they said they would. They explained things to us and came back again after we thought that we had gotten rid of them, but did not. The helped us identify where the mice were coming into the house so we could seal up their entrance. They are now doing an extended year program for other kinds of critters; like a preventative treatment program. They come on a regular basis and we don't even need to be home when they do the treatments. I will use them again in the future.

I've used them in the past and I like them very much. I haven't used them for a while because they got rid of my ants. I haven't had a problem with them since then. I would definitely call them back again. I had a contract with them and I paid about $500 for a year. They used to come out 4 times a year. I never used to call them in between so I don't know if they would come out to do in between services. I'm sure they would have come out if I had a problem. They were doing a good enough job to keep me away from problems. I haven't had a repeat on the ant problem. I feel that they did a good job. I've recommended them to other people too. I really don't know what people would charge normally for these services. Their responsiveness was very good. They used to come when they were supposed to. The quality was good as they killed the problem. I would use them again in the future.

Went very well, the expert was very professional and friendly. The work that was done was very clean and I was told about all of the materials being used to treat the ants.

Mike came out and explained the problem, the process. I was impressed with his knowledge, his personality. They are very thorough and kind of tear things apart (it seems to me) but clean up after themselves very well. We are about to list our home for sale and their warranty will carry to new owners/continue with us as long as they do yearly treatment/inspection for 10% of treatment price ($140). I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I think the price is a little high, but they break it up into payments. They do call to let me know when I am due for another spray so that I don't have to keep track of their visits.

Very helpful answering questions over the phone. The tech arrived promptly and was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in his inspection, including climbing into a dirt-filled crawlspace under our kitchen (which is where he found the most ant activity). The day after the spraying we found a handful of dead ants but no live ones since. Great job, and we'd hire them again. Part of what we liked about this company is that their work is guaranteed for nearly a year, unlike some of their slightly less expensive competition which only guaranteed their work for 90 days.
